The discrepancy between the quality of the two player's teams has been as wide as the Grand Canyon. Kobe wins on good teams and loses on bad teams. LeBron wins on bad teams and has yet to play with a good team.

Using your logic, the 20 or 21 year old Kobe Bryant during his first championship is better than the 30 year old Kobe Bryant who lost in the Finals two seasons ago simply because championship Kobe has a ring and runner-up Kobe doesn't. Clearly that's not the case, but in this "Winner's/Loser's" world you've created, that's the way it is.

Now you're just making up excuses for KG.
I think it because he got drafted by Cleveland... He gets drafted by Memphis there is no weight of the world messy..

I don't believe that for one sec. The media hype surrounding his arrival into the league was unreal. I still remember watching his first ever game vs the Kings. Cleveland might be a bigger market than Memphis but it's still Cleveland, a city that hasn't won anything since the Browns in the Jim Brown days.

Why, that isn't the discussion, and what competent GM would surround a great big with average shooters.

Now Lebron has yet to play with a good team. Ok...
