that's a bad shot by afflalo, he's lucky it went in. in real time it looked like martin was bumped and fouled. and man, i swear some nba players just don't even think. why would hawes wing it well past the 3 pt line when they're down 3 ? he should have found someone at half court to at least throw up a prayer. brainless

Aaron Afflao is a good basketball player. He makes a game winning shot and boxes out the ornery Omri Casspi on the last play for Sacto. This dude was horrible in Detroit...or at least everytime he was on the court I was for sure he would be out of the league after his first contract.Comment

Brent Barry is a punk bitch, so I don't see how anyone could get along with him.Comment

NBA TV needs to fire the coach. They have zero chemstry anywhere, lol. Barry is overly sarcastic, Cheryl Miller is too over the top, Smitty is bland, Snow and The Czar are both contentious bastids and that other black dude is whack too. Neither Kamla nor Winer are strong enough to balance the basketball people.
I do like the Kamla/3D pairing on the fantasy show, as D. Scott has given me Durants nickname:

I can't stand Kamla. Dude annoys the crap out of me.
Even my girlfriend doesn't like him. She tells me to change the station anytime a program is on with him. LOLComment

Re: 2/1-2/7 NBA Discussion
Jennings needs to watch what he says.
After the game with the Heat in Milw on Saturday night, Jennings said that Bell was our D-Wade stopper.
He must have forgot they were playing again last night in Miami. The Miami reporters were all over Bell and the Bucks for the comment.
Wade proceeded to score the first 11 pts of the game, but the Heat lost and Wade finished 7 for 19 or something similar to that.Comment

Don't think it's worth a new thread, but i'm gonna post it here.
"You're playing against the Boston Celtics, so you're not going to get a lot of calls. KG's going to set illegal screens; they're not going to be called. That's just part of the game."
-- Wizards center Brendan Haywood after a loss to the CelticsComment

The announcers in the Lakers-Celtics game mentioned the samething regarding KG and his screens.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2/1-2/7 NBA Discussion
-This is three games in a row where Nowitzki has been a no show when his team needed him most. Not to mention Moute ripping his dribble in the finals seconds vs the Bucks and running over Brendan Haywood for an offensive foul with 7 seconds left.
-Mike Conley is better than most people know.
-Chris Paul is a very good player, but his numbers are a tad inflated.
-I don't think LaMarcus Aldridge is built for playoff basketball.
-Vince Carter is really proving me wrong so far.Comment

I agree with you on 1 of 5 points. About par for the course for your analysis.
Vince Carter just doesn't do it for ORL. I don't see them getting back to the Finals.
Oh Durant's been having a good year eh? Hope you've been watching Thunder games.Comment
