Man that 98 ASG was something else(in a funny, entertaining way). Didn't know NVE and Eddie Jones made it along with Frobe and Shaq.

The highlight of the game for me was Rik Smits blocking back to back dunks then running the break along with MJ and then hitting the behind the back pass to Jayson Williams for the dunk LMAO.

    Ahhh those were the days...

Of course he is. THe Celtics offense is geared towards him handling and passing, especially with Paul Pierce banged up.

A critique watching him is that he makes some really bad fundemental passes. He is really good at the spectacular but sometimes he struggles putting the ball on the shooters hands to catch and shoot. He often throws fastballs to Perk from 5 ft away.

Anyway Ast/TO ration doesn't mean much. In fact assists as a category may be the least telling stat in the NBA.

More often than not he puts his teammates in the best possible position to get an easy look or swing to another teammate for an open look.

There aren't too many more point guards that I'd rather have than Rondo.

But I digress, since I believe you were the one who posted other guards on par with Rondo which included the likes of Stuckey

Dude we don't agree on anything. Rondo is very good but I just look at his flaws why others act like he is the second coming of Magic. Dude is Alvin Robertson. Good player. I won't call him great yet. But I loved this dude in college and thought he would make a great pro.

We really don't agree on much, it's crazy.

I will say I don't think he is great yet or that he is a second coming of anyone, except of someone say Tony Parker.

He is above the likes of Stuck, Lou Williams

I like seeing Lebron at the point. I thought he would do a lot more of this when he first came into the league. Some of the stuff he does on offense...it's almost like he's playing a video game. He'll have fun, jack threes, do stepbacks...like he's trying to unlock the Kobe Bryant Achievement. Then when the game is on the line, he'll do the efficient thing he needs to do to win, which is always available to him.

Overall, this is the best I've ever seen him, these past two months. I think he's really going to take that next step this year and fine tune his game with another level of maturity and in some areas, skill.

Nice blocks by Hickson there. First on O'Neal then on Wade
