Cleveland is a tiny market compared to NY or LA.

What are his other options besides Cleveland?
Clippers - I doubt he wants to compete with Kobe and the Lakers in that city.
Nets - They kinda killed their chances by winning less than 15 games and not guaranteeing a move to Brooklyn.
Knicks - There's not enough talent there to warrant a move from his current situation, even if it's to the Big Apple.
Bulls - The Bulls probably have the best young talent out of anyone on the list and play in the 3rd largest market, but it's still not enough to lure LeBron from his current situation.
Heat - He can team with Wade and the weather is great, but the talent around those two wouldn't be anything special. But hey, would that really matter if you have LeBron and Wade? If they can co-exist, I'd say this is his best alternative option. But it's still not quite good enough to lure him away from his home state and the great team that he's already on.
