Mo Williams, Delonte West, Antawn Jamison, Shaq, Z, Hickson and Andy V is better than anything the Clippers can throw out there. If you add in Leon Powe, Anthony Parker, Daniel Gibson and Jawad Williams, you have more than enough to be a playoff team.

Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
Gordon= Better scorer/Defender than anybody on the cavs roster besides maybe Delonte and thats a big maybe because Gordon a way better scorer than him.
Griffin= Yes still an Unknown but he would not have to carry the team so he could just find a role and be an asset. 11 to 15 points and 6 to 9 boards a game would be enough, then he is still young and developing.
Kaman= Role playing big man who can score down low and rebound. Plus he is a better center than Cavs big.Comment

Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
You think the Cavs roster without Lebron can win 40 games seriously. They would be right where the clippers are between 25 to 30 wins. The Cavs roster as it now has no future potential whatsoever at least with the clippers they have a few young players to build around. Lebron's going make whatever supporting cast around him that much better because of the amount of attention he draws from the defense. If you take away Lebron from the cavs all those wide open shots the supporting cast gets will disappear in a heartbeat then who on that team gonna get the role players easy shots Mo Williams.
Why is there no love for the Bulls here? They're competing for a playoff spot without him. They'll still have Rose,Deng,Noah,Gibson and Hinrich would probably be traded for someone decent. That's nothing to shrug off either.Comment

Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
I'd suggest they might even be worse. Not really sure how it's going this season but the Clips have a bad history of injury + they dumped half the team and switched coaches at the trade the deadline,a coach that surely isn't staying and would be LeBron's choice of Avery Johnson,Sam Mitchell and whoever else is out there. Don't forget they're getting a high pick this year too. There's also the factor they play in the much tougher West.

I've said several, several times that the one team that I would be legitimately scared about is the Trail Blazers. I don't think they can still afford him, but who knows.Too Old To Game Club

Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
I don't know, I'm not sure if LeBron would want to be in Jordan's spotlight, but it's certainly more feasible than the damn Clippers.

Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
I personally think he stays in Cleveland unless they somehow lose in the 1st or 2nd round. If they at least get back to the East Finals I think he'll stay.
EDIT: I liked this article I read today on LeBron and free agency. Makes a good case for LeBron staying in Cleveland: http://sports.espn.go.com/new-york/c...eBronNY-100402Last edited by BlueNGold; 04-06-2010, 08:11 PM.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Re: Which team can sign LeBron?
U're not reading what I said.
LeBron has endorsements now for sure.
But he can get Even more endorsements in a big market and more exposure.
Cleveland isnt exactly media capital or hollywood and the Cleveland economy isnt stellar either.
From wikipedia:
Cleveland greater metro area has about 2.9 mil people.
LA greater metro has 12.9 or 17.7mil(soCal).
NY greater metro has 22.2 mil.
As a small business, if I have to pay LeBron say $2 mil for an endorsement, guess which place I would rather he be in?
My business would get more exposure from LeBron if he is in a big city.
Also, in a big city, LeBron would get paid more per endorsement as he can reach out to more people.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Do you think Lebron is going to be doing car dealership and mom and pop pizza joint commercials?
Any commercial Lebron is in will be national unless it's a personal favor in which the money wouldn't matter.Comment

LeBron was playing with scrubs back in his 1st finals appearance.
Boobie Gibson as your starting PG? Yeah okay.Last edited by Vince; 04-06-2010, 09:19 PM.Comment
