No he didn't.-your telling me he didnt just show those kids its all about me myself , and I? You obviously werent watching the same video. All Lebron talked about was me myself, and I. What I have to do. Honestly, people really like to do whats best for them in life these days. Thats the last thing I teach my kids. To each there own.
That time existed because players were forced into staying on their teams due to the lack of free agency. -bunch of crap, I still watch the 80's browns on sunday after browns games, they have stayed supportive of cleveland for years. There still in cleveland and love it. Bernie Kosar and tons of others still stay here and support cleveland to this day. Ive seen the same thing on many old time greats over the years. Jordan, and a few others have even said how the games changed, and its not about what it once was, and money and fame has changed the game.
Michael Jordan is one of the most egotistical and money-driven person there is. Of course there are some players still loyal but the time that you're talking about was artificially created. Players weren't loyal because they wanted to be, they had to stay on one team for however long the team wanted them around.
If he wanted all the money and spotlight then he would've stayed in Cleveland.-really, we have the clubs and parties that miami has to live it large and spend some dough? I dont remember to many stars, celebs, and spenders living it large in Cleveland/Akron.
He would've had more money if he stayed in Cleveland and he is the only sports figure in Ohio worth talking about.
Cleveland's economy isn't his responsibility.-Then whose is it if its not the people who have lived and work here, and have major influence? You mean it will fix itself? Amazing....he doesnt even need to consider all the buisiness and people lives hes affected? What a easy world we live in.
No, he should not have to worry about what is going to happen with Cleveland's economy. He is a basketball player, not an elected official.
It's hilarious how quick people turn. Lebron is by far one of the top 2 players in the league yet now people want to act like he's a scrub who can't play.
-In the rocky IV movie: -Ivan drago was the ultimate weapon, yet took the easy road with using steriods(bosh and wade). People like champions who fight through adversity(like he would have in cleveland as a underdog). If we wanted to choose the easy way in life we would vote for drago and the steriods he used to win. Honestly isnt the whole point of sports as a individual is to rise to the top through adversity? Or winning one for the team and community that has supported you.
Comparing someone taking steroids to someone joining a team with better players is ridiculous. He fought through adversity when he carried a team that featured Eric Snow and Ira Newble, to the Finals. He played there for 7 years and went to a better team, it's not that big of a deal.
