Yeah man, we've been hearing that for years now. Another year another player... ho hum

LeBron would be in the league for 13 years and losing like KG was and people would still be bringing up this weak logic of potential.

Comparing the dude to MJ and he hasnt won ONE ring yet

Why? I'm not talking about number of rings. But he could've been a statue and a legend for Cleveland. And I do believe that, in spite of his lack of belief, that the Cavs would've gotten championships there. He lost the faith, not anyone else. Maybe everyone else was the naive? That said, he could've tried to have the determination it took to see it through. Michael had to tough it out. Even Kobe, post the ringer era, had to tough it out. Both got the help they needed, and made it. LBJ lost faith in the organization, the fans, the city. Michael never did, he just used his force of will to get the help he needed. Kobe waivered and whined but, ultimately, kept heart. LBJ lost heart, legacy tarnished. He didn't make it happen, he quit. Real champs never quit or take an easier road, they overcome. That's why I fault him, rally speech or not.

Well he's at the same point in his career when Mike got his first ring. Comparing players is stupid anyway though.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Sorry I have to disagree LeBron James is still LeBron James! He is what every kid wants to be! Just for he changed teams to get a championship for he wouldn't got one a Cleveland probably...

Scottie Pippen got to Chicago through the draft. Phil Jackson never had any titles before he coached Jordan. Make sense dude.

If it was just for 1 year, then ok....but within the next 2 years, the picture of the league is changing anyways.
The Celtics have one year left at most...Kobe is declining so things would have been open again.
If Boston had their three on the prime, kobe was 3 years younger...then ok, it would make sense to build such a powerhouse to compete.

                  Time re-lable Lebron, Pippen 2.0

'The King', and 'Chosen One' stuff is done.

'The Chosen' one doesnt go to another alpha-dog's franchise, and gravy train off of him.

when you boil it down, that's really what it is.

That's his right though, but to me..all of the heir apparent stuff is done.

He's now officially a sidekick...and I suspect that mentally, he probably had more Pippen in him then any of us ever wanted to admit or notice.

Maybe, maybe not. I highly doubt that Mike would relegate himself to going to a team and being Pippen to someone else's Jordan. I'm sorry, but Mike though more of his talent than to do something like that. Again, why did Vince Carter get plastered by people for having all of the talent in the world but not wanting to be the man, yet lots of people are giving LeBron a pass for it?

I'm sorry are they the Miami Wade's. LeBron is the best player on that roster. They have played zero games in the NBA together how do you or I or anybody know who the leader is on this team? This could easily be LeBron's team next year and I expect it to be.

If I had the ability to go play with my goodfriends in South Beach and automatically become the favorites in the East I would in a heartbeat. This is like the Fab 5 for Michigan.

Vince Carter never carried a team anywhere, Lebron carried the Cavs since his rookie year.

Agreed! I have stated the Pippen thing numerous times in my posts in here.

WHAT? He was within a last-second shot of getting the Raptors to the NBA Finals.

Jordan would be Jordan if he played with any player period. He would walk in any practice gym and make it clear he was the man ,but that wasnt necessary for him. For LeBron playing in Cleveland it is if he wants a ring.
