Getting hate for "The Decision" and your post that I replied to are completely different.

Like I said, taking shots at who Miami beat? Really? Compared to what a team like Chicago has played? Ninja please.

Through the dancing up the sidelines, not shaking hands, anything that anybody in the national media had to say about him in a negative light they ALWAYS supported him. Hell even after he quit on them in the playoffs last year they were still ready to support him through anything even if he signed a one year contract to stay in Cleveland. He owed better than to allow cameras to broadcast around the world the EXACT moment that he crushed Cleveland's hearts. There are people that was in those bars, I have no clue who they are, but I'll remember they're faces forever because they were blasted on tv the second he announced his decision.

And it's still weird how people still haven't gotten over the fact that the team and LeBron is going to get a lot of hate from people for a while for what he did. Not bitter, but can we at least see two games of the ECF before we determine that the Heat are going to win it and dominate whoever from the East? Certainly acting like beating Boston now is this huge accomplishment. Any chance Boston had at winning that series was out the window the second Rondo's arm went poo poo. If we're basing Miami winning it all now off they're performance against Boston like some people seem like they are just on the internet in general then, yeah, I'm gonna take this attitude about it.
That's your opinion. I think the only thing players owe fan/people who spend money is to give their all on the court. If he really quit then he owes Cavs fans for that, other then effort and preparation, players should do what they think is best for them.

What does Chicago have to do with anything? Oh I get it, cause I'm a Bulls fan. Here's the thing, I never once have said this entire season that Bulls are going to win the championship, nor have I even said they're going to win the East. I've said they're capable, but I'm not running around here punching the Bulls' trip to the Finals like we're doing for the Heat. So Chicago's opponents is irrelevant in this.

Chicago and Atlanta are the only teams left, thus Chicago can be used as comparison as to what Miami has played.

          Simple math.

It comes down to you singling out Miami and making fun of whom they beat.. when in reality nobody in the east has a better resume than Miami. They have the best resume in the East.

I really feel for the Cleveland fans(I may be in their shoes next season), but this is the nature of sports. From their perspective I don't see how him addressing it differently would make them feel any better. Once again if CP3 has a decision I will watch and hope he chooses to stay. On the chance he didn't the fact he had a 1hr special wouldn't make it hurt any more or less. I expect Chris to do what's best for him same as LeBron.
Then don't apologize. The man can do whatever he wants and burn all the bridges in the world but he flip flops on "embracing the role as teh villain" and wanting everyone to love him. So now he apologizes... but doesn't really. If you're ok with the world you created around you, then live with it. If you feel bad then apologize for real.

Exactly. And he apologized for "The Decision" but all the sincerity was in talking about the decision. People weren't mad about the decision.

C'mon Ex, how am I singling out Miami? No one is declaring Chicago or Atlanta EC Champs or NBA champs right now, they're doing that with Miami. If this playoffs have taught us anything, it's that we should probably take our 'predictions' and declaring champions or winners and shove it up our asses. Saying that Chicago or Atlanta or anybody from the West has no shot at beating Miami and they're gonna win the title based on beating Philly and Boston with Rondo with one arm is a bit much is all I'm saying. Let's at least see a game or two of the ECF before we determine who has no shot against them.

                    1. I have no idea who you're talking about when it comes to "nobody has a shot against Miami"

                    2. All I was saying is don't take shots at who Miami beat when nobody in the conference has a better resume

                    That's all

Life is not that simple. Sometime in doing what's best for you other people get hurt. You may feel for those people and have conflicting emotions. Just because he's sorry about how things worked out doesn't mean he feel like he's done anything wrong.

I personally felt like he shouldn't have apologized. And maybe like the other person mentioned maybe it was a shot at the Cavs in the form of an apology. My point is people no matter how big of a fan isn't owed anything from these guys. Like wise if LeBron is a big douche don't make excuses for him.

That depends on how this series ends. If the Hawks come back and win this series then they have without question a better playoff resume than Miami. If the Bulls win it then them not going through better teams to get to the ECF doesn't matter and really shouldn't be a discussion. They earned the right to play the weaker teams(record wise) by earning the number one seed.

No doubt Chicago earned that right to play the weakest teams.

Orlando/Chicago isn't worlds better, but so be it. Clearly Boozer is bothered still... to balance out the Rondo/Shaq injuries.

Resume at what? Is this some kind of interview or something? None of this matters... and not just Miami. You can say Dallas has the best "resume" of all because they knocked out Portland and LAL but they get bounced next round that "resume" goes with that. Same for everyone.

Yes they beat Boston and deserve a congrats but this is a old, injured and depleted Boston squad. So lets not overpraise them like they beat the Celtics of three years ago. And as I said, none of this means nothing anyway. Chicago could have swept Indiana, Atlanta and it would have meant nothing as well.

Nobody is talking about the other conference, we were talking about the East.

Once again why are you Chicago fans acting like this? Who exactly said Miami is the 2011 champ? Who is overpraising them? Not even BSPN is really praising them all that much this morning.

Acting like what ex? I'm just saying what was said in the thread. Nothing more, nothing less.

I don't care what anyone says about Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, etc. The answer will get played out the hardwood court and that's all I care about.

Also I know we ain't talking about the West, I'm just saying how pointless this discussion is.
