And to King B Mack, Im pretty sure that in 2010 Miami's title chances shot up in the days leading up to the decision before the media started talking about how Miami was pretty much a lock. That or its just a bunch of people who think that theyre smarter than they are and will end up losing alot of money lol
Difference between then and now? About a day or two before the Decision, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade had already announced they were going to Miami and taking pictures with an empty chair waiting for LeBron to join them. That was after Stephen A Smith had broke what was going to happen five days prior because up until Bosh and Wade made it official, Miami was an afterthought to land Bron well behind Cleveland, Chicago and New York.

Yes and maybe all the stuff we read about Lebron to cavs is 100% made up. I'am 50/50 on this now. Maybe I should tweet that.

If this is true though I saw a post on RealGM that said if Lebron does re-sign with Miami they'll cover Cleveland in these (a joke, obviously)

I honestly felt he was returning to Miami. We can compete for a title next year with the roster we have. Going forward/winning back some people/going home though seems to be what the media is concerned with reporting though..so who knows

I was sure everything was set up between the big three when they started opting out but seeing how long it takes maybe not or Lebron changed his mind at some point. I don't know.

                      Re: The LeBron James Thread

Latest rumor released this morning is that the meeting with Riley is going to be a "Goodbye" meeting.

Apparently his "inner circle" have told him that it would be in his best interest to return to Cleveland.

While we won't know for sure until it comes from LeBron mouth, I'm still expecting him to be a Cavalier within a couple of weeks, hopefully days. I've felt he'd leave Miami once his contract was up if Cleveland had a promising looking team and when healthy, they do.

Promising young squad, potentially 3 first round picks next year that they can acquire even more talent with. I have a feeling that he's back.

Which is exactly why staying and finishing out the 2 years in Miami is better for LeBron since I'm sure he doesn't want to wait on potential to be realized, he wants to win now. If he stays, bosh stays, and no matter how healthy wade is, as long as those two are healthy they are a better option than anything Cleveland has to offer right now.

Corny isn't a strong enough word, I've never found their stupid **** funny either.

The way I see it, the Cavs will be hitting their stride the season after the one that's coming up. Once that happens, if Lebron goes back, people will say "oh look there goes Lebron chasing rings again" which obviously isn't fair. How can people say that of him now though considering he would be leaving a team that has gone to 4 straight finals for a team that has been to four straight lotterys? Plus, Kyries max extension kicks in after next season so it will be kinda hard for the Cavs to sign Lebron considering the amount of 5-8 million per year contracts they have.

And I can't agree that Lebron and Bosh alone is better than what the Cavs have right now plus Lebron
