He said it himself during the interview or on the post interview stuff i do believe.. or in one of the articles. ill try and dig it up.

they called the Cavs a few mins before the decision. his rep told Gilbert this..

“LeBron James needs to go to another team with two superstars already so he can win a championship,”

lmao.. he needs to go? bc he cant do it on his own eh?

i wonder why Gray didnt ask why take the easy road so to speak? you had two solid seasons past few years with Cavs etc. almost there etc and then bail. oh i know why, bc Gray was paid by Lebrons people. everything was staged!!

Players dont win by themselves. And most analyst believed Chicago was the easier road. So you cant say he choose the easiest road.

Yes, it was known before hand that that was the plan. He was going to call all non-Miami teams involved just before his live announcement and tell them he wasn't coming.

its just as an easy road, depending on who they sign etc from here on out. plus, the Bulls would not give his boys any jobs in the organization, deal killer. so yeah, Miami was his easiest road option.

                    Re: Dan Gilbert.

Dan Gilbert a dummy and a hypocrite. Talking about loyalty and Do right by Cleveland...He didnt care about Loyalty when he trying to get Izzo from State. Wheres the loyalty to coach Brown and Ferry(who had the best record in the league the last 2 years)Where is the loyalty when the team trades a player.

Dan sound like a bitter man who knows he's about to lose money. Lebron didnt owe him anything nor did he need to call him. He was a "FREE AGENT" its part of the business

I think the issue Gilbert has is that it was one of LBJ's circle who called minutes before the announcement, and LBJ didn't call at all.

Cleveland fans and Dan Gilbert just need to quit crying like some 4 year old kids. No one wants to hear it. Just because he didn't do what ya'll were saying? Na-uh. It don't work like that. Dan Gilbert thought he owned a part of LeBron. Nope. He's not the 18 year old kid he used to be. He's a 25 year old man that's gonna do what's best for him, his family, and what's gonna make him happy because he's the one who has to live with the decision.
