You criticize Billups for being old, and a few posts later say New York should hope they don't play Boston? Ironic.

We get it. The Knicks have no hope for a championship, no hope to add a single player for the next 5 years, and no hope against any decent team for 5 years. We get it. We are Cleveland!

Why are you so salty over this OSU? I'm not guaranteeing any series wins lol. Just that Billups isn't a corpse. We'd probably get swept by Boston. Chicago would be fun though.

Considering, unlike Billups, Rondo is young and quick and the older players on Boston are still showing that they are very productive, unlike Billups again, I don't see the problem.

I'm not. Just disagreeing with the copious amounts of homering going on right now.

            Melo will apparently wear #13.

            Gross on it's own.

            Pulling an A-Rod. Even worse.

I don't think swept, because I think you guys can hang with them, but obviously you have to give the edge to Boston.

Dude you have been more upset and defensive about this whole deal than Denver fans. What more can you say against this deal that you haven't already?

KG/Shaq/Baby/O'Neal vs Amare? It would be UGLY. Not even getting into our D. Maybe we'd steal one at home.

Not feeling it. Who has ever rocked the 13 well?

Who is being a homer? Knicks fans are excited to have a star player and opposing fans are trying to rain on their excitement.

Nobody said the Knicks were now a championship team.

I haven't been upset at all. Maybe you are reading it as if you wish I were upset.

Personally, I'm...very meh about this. Doesn't effect my team one way or the other. Just calling it as I see it, and I see this as a move that excites the fans now, and frustrates later as they don't have a lot of maneuverability and no trade-able draft picks.

New York is running the treadmill of mediocrity right now. Gonna take some really clever and smart moves to get to a title level. Which has basically a 0% chance of happening if Isiah is running things again.

Eh, I don't see the logic in blowing up the team for a guy who said he wanted to be there and could have been had after the season. What difference does it make to have him now when they are still gonna go one and done with that roster?

Their defense is gonna be terrifying for all the wrong reasons the next couple of years

That's all I can say really.
Think they could've had a good shot now if they kept Felton and Gallo (and got Melo). Counting on Paul/DWill in 2012? At least they'll be in the playoffs I guess.
