We haven't seen what they look like against the Lakers yet and I want to see what they do against a great team without an all-world point guard.
Can't teach size my man. If they can, I'm heading to Miami tonight. I would most certainly like to be three or four inches taller. What can they possibly do to put a lock on Rondo between now and April?

If Wade can accept that, and defer to James, they will play a lot better together.
I believe the Heat would be seriously under-utilizing their strength if Wade is to play the Pippen role. Wade is a great all-around player. BUT his number one strength is his scoring. Everything else is kinda second nature. LeBron is just the opposite. Yes, LeBron is a hellava scorer BUT he does everything else better. LeBron is the one that needs to sacrifice his points and up his assists, steals and blocks. While Wade is the one that needs to be in better scoring position so he can score. And once the defense starts focusing on Wade’s scoring, that’s when Lebron starts picking up the scoring load. It’s something Jordan and Pippen have been doing for years. BUT that the issue with James and Wade, they’re only in their first season together and haven’t been together ‘for years’ like Jordan and Pippen.

Funny thing about that is in the last few post game press conferences Lebron has been poking fun at Wade for not scoring until the second half. Good natured but true. Over the last week Lebron and Wade have both said they've sort of figured a way for Lebron to be aggressive during the first and then after Wade analyzes and finds the holes he comes out scoring in the second half. I guess we'll see if it works against teams that aren't the Wizards, Pistons, and Cavs.

Regarding last night's game, I gotta say that was one of the better crowds i've seen in awhile minus a few stupid people. Too bad the Cavs couldn't provide the same energy

Well, I kind of overreacted last night.

A big **** you still goes out to the current Cavs team though. I can't wait for that garbage to get blown up.

Hoping that the Bulls/Celtics game will be a good one.

Really looking more forward to Utah/Dallas though. That should be a slugfest.

The Heat's bigs wouldn't stand a chance against the Lakers' Bigs and that's not even arguable at this point, especially if Chris Bosh is your best post defender on the team. And let's be realistic, Joel Anthony and definitely Ericka Dampier ain't puttin' fear in nobody hearts so don't even mention those two

One of the Toronto Raptors anoouncers just made the claim that the return of Vince Carter to Toronto was much more rowdy than LeBron's return to Cleveland.

Your undervaluing Miami and overvaluing LA, but that's fine that's why the games are played and we get a chance to find out soon enough.

Not just 2 years ago Pau Gasol was in the same exact shoes as Chris Bosh. We're suddenly acting like Lamar Odom is a model of consistency and saying Derrick Character as the first big off the bench makes Lebron and Wade quiver?

Not doing anything. He'l I didn't even mention any of the bigs from the Lakers but I know enough that in a 7 game series or in a game of at least somewhat huge importance not to expect much from Joel Anthony and definitely not to expect anything from Dampier's big ****, bad knees having behind.

But you go on ahead and make those 2 bums to be anything more than that though, as if they can impact a game at all.
