How is that terrible for Sac Matrix? Unless you think that low of Salmons. They're still gonna get whomever they were targeting at #7. Just ended up with Salmons on top of it.

Bucks came up. Got rid of redundant Salmons/Bad Porn and brought in a true veteran wing and game changer in Capt Jack. Hopefully he's motivated. Now Jennings has no excuses. Now they actually have defined roles and a pecking order.
Could have had Parker and Jefferson and instead traded for #10 and Salmons.

Corrected deal: Bucks get Beno, Stephen Jackson, Shaun Livingston & 19. Bobcats get pick 7 & Maggette. Kings get 10 & John Salmons.

I don't know about that. We don't know what was for sure on the table, I don't believe in these reports to be honest.

Plus Parker/RJ isn't really that much better than Salmons/#10 in my eyes.

Once again I just don't know how reliable all of these reports are. For some reason I doubt Pops really had Parker available, but we'll see as the night plays out.

Words cannot describe my excitement right now. I've seen mock drafts that have Alec Burks slipping to 19. Either way, we can realistically have a chance at Burks/Brooks still, or a guy like Tyler Honeycutt, one of the euro bigs, or a guy like Tobias Harris. I'd prefer one of those first 3 guys I mentioned though. So happy right now.

Now, trade Diaw's expiring for a late 1st, and Cho, you get a street named after you.

Well, I don't know what was or wasn't real, but taking on Salmons' deal makes no sense.

For the record I think Parker is on the outs. His affair fiasco, and what he said about the Spurs not contending, is very non-San Antonio. They just dont deal with that in their camp. If the right deal present(s)(ed) itself, I think theyd cleanse themselves of bad karma.

I think San Antonio wanted the #7 and Casspi for Parker and RJ.

As much as I despise RJ's contract, I'm really glad that didn't go down. Trading one of the franchise legends for Casspi would've been disgraceful.

Man. If Burks falls. All the better if my Hornets trade up and snag him. Brooks would be prime too.

I'm not a Salmons fan at all, so I can't disagree with you. Looking at his contract, it's pretty bad. They shouldn't have done that. If he had a better contract it wouldn't be a bad move.

                                biyombo has buyout issues

Sources said Biyombo’s name was on a list sent out by the NBA Wednesday detailing players who were subject to a buyout. Teams have investigated and concluded that Biyombo would owe roughly $1.5 million, possibly equal to his NBA rookie contract, to get out of his deal with Spanish team Fuenlabrada.
