The Sacramento Kings, owners of the 7th overall selection, are confident that they will trade the selection.

"They're confident they have (a) deal," one official tells Yahoo's Adrian Wojarowski.

The Kings have been largely linked to Kemba Walker and Jimmer Fredette.

Sessions + Cash + #32 for #7 and Francisco Garcia, then trading #7 to Charlotte for #9 and 19...

that would be my dream scenario.

        Interesting...

        Spurs? Nuggets?

If it's TP straight up for that pick I'll be upset.

I heard Bill Simmons talking about the possibility of Utah trading down w/Sac and then using the #7 pick to get Jimmer. That makes a lot of sense at least from the fan's point of view out in Salt Lake.

Isn't Kanter a supposed Al Horford? haha

I guess that could be a good thing?

Not sure what Minny is gonna do with Josh Smith? SMH. Play him at the 3? Move Love to the 5? Na.

Yeah - why would Hickson be on the outs? I've heard nothing but praise about him ever since all those Amare / Hickson rumors were swirling.

From Wojo's twitter: It is 3:45 p.m., on draft day, and Kyrie Irving still hasn't been told by the Cavaliers that they plan to choose him with the No. 1 pick. less than a minute ago via web

Agree with Your Josh Smith comment. Even if they figure out where to play him and Love/Beasley, I just don't think he would do well in MIN's offense. Not that he couldn't excel in the triangle, but it just looks like a horrible fit.

Yeah.. I don't think he was that great early on but the last month he averaged 19 & 12. So that's pretty good.

IIRC, I remember some of the Cavs guys here complaining about Hickson being lazy and or stupid on the court or something lol. That and something about not having any post moves and just being pure athleticism and looking to get his or something. Maybe I'm way off though.

Adrian Wojnarowski There's sense Kings could be leveraging Spurs with leak of possible deal in place for 7th pick. Kings don't want Jefferson in Parker deal.

Sorry for making this thread into Twitter

Honestly, WTF does Sacramento want with Parker? SMH. Just SMH. You're rebuilding for christ sake. Go out and get a young PG like Kemba or Knight. WTF?
