          ^^ I loved that there was no foul called when Bird faked and made Edwards (?) jump (0:50). Man...good times!

                  What was the nickname for his killer crossover?

                  Something involving his college, UTEP step or something like that. Didn't try to google it but man his crossover was blazing.

                                I'm not sure I agree. It appears to be a routine reverse pivot/drop step/spin/whatever-you-want-to-call-it, only he does it after one single dribble, as opposed to off the run like many other players do. I just watched him pull off the same move in Olympic play. The spin is still a part of the gather then the setting of the two feet is, well, the setting of the two feet.
