Yeah, saw that. David Stern means business. If Cohen comes back, then we have our deal this week. 50/50 split w/ changes in the system, but players concede... Everyone is semi-happy.

Sounds like both sides want George Cohen back in the room. My guess? The players will use that for an excuse to take a bad deal but can start the season.

I dont agree. I think they could make a deal with Fisher. Hunter is the one who walked out of the room last Friday. The league wants a deal. They just are willing to lose a season to get the deal they want.
