Now as i sit here over a month later and there is no season i want someone to blame anyone to blame but i realize it's not just one person's fault

    It's the entire leagues's fault......

You want to continue to love the game as a fan....but then how can you love a game when the players and owners are saying who cares about the the fan we are only concerned about "US"

a 50/50 deal and that's not good enough.....

Im sorry man, but this has nothing to do with the game...

We all love basketball, but not what we see right now

I guess the one way they could attack the league for not, "bargaining in good faith" is the artificial deadlines set by David Stern and that there would not be anymore accepted proposals.

        Maybe.

I honestly can't blame him one bit. They just wasted his time anyway, knowing what they were going to do and how they fed all of this false information out over the weekend...

I would bet they detest him, but they sure do respect him and without he has strong influence over the players. This guy has a status in the NBA and it's undeniable.

So, when the players get humbled and lose a **** load of money, when they come back will anyone go to the games?

They just lost the casual fan, after that season last year. Geniuses I tell you.

What should I spend my refunded season ticket money on?

Everybody will be back. Baseball was back after the strike. Hockey was back after its lockout. Plus the NBA has bigger stars than both of those leagues.

OK, I'm being a bit dramatic but you wonder how many fans will come back after all of this. The hardcore rooters will be there, but the casuals? Not so sure.

How long will it take to get a ruling in court. Will it be in time.for.next season? What if after the 45 day waiting period the union doesn't vote to decertify?

It could take years, if run it's full length.

It took a few years for baseball, though. The sport really didn't get back to its pre-strike popularity until the McGwire/Sosa home run chase in 1998.
