We don't have to prove anything. When the lakers win no one questions them. When the Spurs win a title, everybody has an excuse.

Re: Not a matter of IF, but WHEN the Spurs repeat!
'Well known fact' - yeah, fact. Right...
'Monks or Punks' - post of the day. Goose.
'Divine Intervention' - Did you take notice of the Spurs second half of the season? They were beating teams good and their best player was rested quite a lot, which helps keep him fresh and healthy. So there is some strategy there and a just reward for how well they were playing. And if you are going to cry about injuries and just assume they mean wins, then I'll take the championship the year Spurs lost to Suns in the first round while Duncan was injured and I'll take a few more for what happened to Robinson's back according to your theory.
Oh and why does excitement and tv rating mean anything? Are you trying to hate the Spurs for their talent or are you a typical goose who hates players who aren't flashy like all these kids out there who don't rate Duncan in the top 20 players because he doesn't scream, swear or have a big head and ego.Comment
