Will we be considered a Dynasty &amp; Coach pop considered top 5 head coaches. His record speaks for itself.
This years team to me seems to be deeper &amp; deadlier than teams of the past. The BIG questions mark is Rasho &amp; how quickly he can mesh/blend in with TD &amp; the team &amp; how much he give sus on Def.
The backcourt of Ginobolli &amp; Parker can't be matched. That's a combo worth a ticket price to watch!

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

Humm... lets see... Ginobolli and Parker VS Spreewell and Cassell... oh yea and when spree and sammy get tired... lets just bring in Troy Hudson and Wally from the bench.......

that my friends is a deep backcourt!!!

Duncan can't be matched for starters and when he is double and tripled, then their backcourt and other load of bench players become that much better and more important.

These are great days for a Spurs fan, we have guards who can shoot and score, great role players and a ton of 3 point shooters. If Rose and Nesterovic can play well, then they will certainly be better than last year.

Oh and I'd take Ginobili over Kittles, Hardaway, Sprewell or Mobley. And I'd take Parker over Francis, Cassel, Billups or Nash too.

no no no...im not takin parker over nash...you see how effective the PAR is with him and nowitski...imagine duncan and nash...billups...push...he had solid season...their identical to me...francis is an all-around guard so it depends on what your looking for...he could board better then parker...

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post"> francis could board better then parker??? francis boards better then parker no question about it..now i don't fault you for loving your team nothing wrong with that but tony parker is not the top guard in the nba and mano.. has yet to prove anything over a whole season best backcourt in the league nope sorry but nothing wrong with loving your team though and the spurs will not be repeating anything just so you know the spurs played a out of shape shaq led laker team horry had the worst 3pt shooting slump in the history of the playoffs..then got away from playing the kings because webber got hurt then played dallas without dirk for 4 of the games and they played the nets with kenyon martin who got a bad case of the flu and woke up thinking he was larry bird and started shooting 3's and 20 footers.. wtf was that but for real they won and they are the champs but there will be not be that many breaks this year ..

People can talk about the Spurs, the new and improved Mav and Wolves, but the fact of the matter is not one of those teams stand a chance against a healthy and clicking Laker and Sacramento team. Everybody wrote of the Kings, but there is no doubt in every Laker fan's mind that the Kings are the true enemies. The Spurs were lucky The Admiral had some divine connections cause Shaq played the worst ball in his life, Rick Fox and his replacement Devon George were hurt, and Robert Horry was truly disgusting, and on the other side, the Kings lose their go to guy. It is on now, the new fab five (Nash,Nowitski,Finley,Jamison,Walker) plus Fortson,Best, delk, howard, bradley. Opening Night we wreck the Fakers, then anybody else that wants some.
