Bobcats win 35th game. Some really weird news in the NBA. A betting scandal is revealed! But... that is not the strangest news!

Maybe not serious for real players. For him a "sore knee" keeps him out for a season.

Why can't you just say "Congratulations Melo and hopefully you and Amar'e have a good season" because if I'm a Hornets' Fan and I hear that, I have no other choice but to think that he's thinking about leaving even though he hasn't said such. He has nobody to blame but himself for that.

Well, we already know it wasn't that because guess what he was trying to do a year later? The very thing he claimed a year earlier he would never do.

This is why I respect Deron, because he's kept it real since he arrived in Jersey and has been consistent in everything he has said regarding the Nets since Day 1, even though people continue to look for the slightest clue that he's leaving and not coming back.
Sorry so late... this thread is growing like crazy.

Your argument is from Paul's perspective. I don't have any sympathy for him. I also am not surprised there are fans that are taking the TMZ reporting and running with it. But in the real world, it makes no sense to take something someone said at a wedding toast as fact. Adding the numbers not adding up and the other places Paul has mentioned he'd like to go (and the team actually trying to trade him to) and it makes even less sense to continue talking about this toast.

I will agree with you that he's been thinking about leaving in general but I don't think that was ever a secret.

You better hope so. I don't think Kobe would be too happy thinking that they replaced Lamar Odom with Josh McRoberts lol

they just want to replace shannon brown's dunking ability, he may not be good. but he will entertain. I think he's better than brown at dunking too.
