Are they going to play with like 4 basketballs or something?
If I had to guess, out of those players listed, they might not plan on keeping John Salmons, Tyreke Evans, or JJ Hickson.

As much as I love NBA basketball, and believe me,I truly do...if this trade were to happen;I think I'll never watch another game.

There is no way Tyreke is going anywhere. They would trade anybody before Tyreke.

That boy KG is a fool!

"I think what you see, we're a rushed league right now," Garnett said. "Everybody is paying attention to the Chris Paul situation. But I don't know why everyone's shocked, because Stern has been pretty adamant about when he wants to do things and how he does things.

"Timing is everything. Chemistry is something that you don't just throw in the frying pan and mix it up with another something, then throw it on top of something, then fry it up and put it in a tortilla and put in a microwave, heat it up and give it to you and expect it to taste good. You know? For those of you who can cook, y'all know what I'm talking about. If y'all can't cook, this doesn't concern you."

I'm just saying based on trade value, and in Salmons case, his age. If they hadn't paid Marcus Thornton, then I would say him instead of Evans. But if Jimmer becomes a good guard past scoring, then I don't know how you keep Tyreke and Jimmer. Though, I will say I think Jimmer was a scorer because he had to be, and he had the green light to pull the trigger at any time.

How is that more realistic? Heat just decide to pick up Battier and package him with Eddy Curry and Eddie House and somehow manage to get Chris Paul?
Magic give up Dwight and the "talent" they receive is Nate, Okafor, Curry, and Cook. Really? I love this trade. I hope it actually happens!

God, I'm so sick of talking about LA basketball in general.

The fact that Dwight says he wants to win, but doesn't want to go to Chicago, says he doesn't want to win, he wants go to a big market and be a marketing guru or an actor.

What do you know, another superstar who just wants to be with his buddies.

Need to change the name of the league to the PBA - Primadonna Basketball Association

Also, Chicago, sign Rip already. So I can have some something to hold on to this offseason and so I won't have to watch another year of Bogans in the starting lineup.

I don't see Jimmer being more than a 6th man at best in a Jason Terry role. Comes in the game just to provide some bench scoring and outside shooting.

To me it looks like they're just acquiring assets at this point. They should look to make a trade for a real PG though.

Can we really blame players for wanting big markets? look what LA did for Pau,Odom,Ariza, and Brown's career.

I think McRoberts and maybe even MAYBE green will get hyped up big time. but lets be serious Green is a dumber version of shannon brown ****

I know they just paid Thorton but you keep him,Jimmer, and Evans together. There is no way you trade a guy who was just rookie of the year a couple of years who can play multiple positions with at least two years left on his rookie deal. He is the guy you build around not get rid of. Salmons would be the first one gone if they are going to trade anybody.

I'd be happy for Crawford if he were to come back to the knicks, He always wanted to be here when the knicks got good again.

Sounds like Crawford is gonna have to decide between 5MM a year from Portland or 2.5MM from New York (mini-mid level).
