Mavs thunder game was alot of fun, glad I went. As I said, Odom got a LOT of love from Dallas, they'll keep him happy.

Beaubois was shooting it well, and Dominique Jones looks ready to get some burn through the season

Mahinmi played well, Dallas might have to seriously consider what his future looks like with him, then prepare to be invested if they feel he has the potential to be a rotation.

Perkins moved well, but I still wonder if the weight loss will hurt his game more than help. Hard to tell from one pre season game

All in all, it's nice to be around the NBA again

Dallas playing with fire though, they really need another back up big and back up 2 man.

            Kinda off topic:

but its still weird that Lebron and Wade are on the same team. This takes away a great potential rivalry that fans love. Not to mention they are arguably the best players in the league. WTF. I can't imagine Magic and Jordan teaming up. oh well .. not 1, not, not 3...

^^ Is that old news? I feel like we have talked about that before *sarcasm* ^^

I haven't seen him yet. But I was hearing that Kevin Love has alot of weight. Is this true? Anyone have any pictures to compare?

If I were the Mavs, I would have traded Fernandez and Brewer for another center, not a 2nd round pick.

By the way, I'm told Baron signed for the vet's minimum ($1.4 mil), not the room exception ($2.5 mil).

Wow talk about a blast from the past. It's easy to forget some of these guys actually exist.

So Dalembert isn't going there anymore I would assume?

I dont know much about the player. Did he play with VC and Kidd back in New Jersey?

Yes, he is a really lanky center, athletic freak type of guy.

Shot blocker and can rise up and dunk. Other than that... not much else to offer. We'll see where his IQ is at.... Pack probably knows all about this guy

Thats kinda what Chandler did for the most part, but I dont think Williams can be a Chandler unless they get his head straight

Not that I've seen Williams overseas, but I would be shocked if he got impactful playing time.

Again I don't know if Dallas has worked him out extensively and sees something but Williams was nowhere near the level of a Tyson Chandler and he was a borderline starter to begin with.
