Shane Battier and Eddie Curry on the Heat. That should be very different. The Heat with a legit post threat. Should be really different.

.... Tyson Chandler in the lead to go to the Knicks. Doing what I wanted to do in Phoenix: Pair Amare Stoudemire with Tyson Chandler. God forbid I don't have a position in an NBA front office.
So, you would have an issue if he went and played with any team? Every team has selfish players.

Eddy Curry, a post threat? Fruity Pebbles, Raisin Bran, Waffle Crisp, and Honey Comb maybe.

Clearly Miami is a different case.

Not really, they were just blown up by the media. All teams have selfish players, Shane isn't joining up to go hangout with these selfish players, he wants to win a championship and one of the best places for that is Miami.

So it's the medias fault for blowing them up? Not themselves? Not being filthy attention whores? Not throwing parades before winning anything? Not acting like smarmy pricks on and off the court?

I usually join in on bashing the media for things like hype, but the Miami Heat are products of themselves.

As @KBergCBS reports, Knicks preparing huge offer for Tyson Chandler. Source tells Y! there's scenario where Billups get amnesty, or traded.

Why the hell would you want that to be a typo?

Unlike GSW, Tyson would be worth every dime, nickle and penny in New York.

I like Chandler with NY they desperately need to fix their center issue, but I don't like them trading Billups or amnestying him in order to do that.

True, but I think it's safe to say Chauncey is definitely on the decline. I wonder if this means they'll give Douglas a chance to be the starting PG or if they'll look to add someone. I also heard there's discussions of a 3 way trade sending Chauncey to Dallas...

They don't act like smarmy pricks off the court. Dwayne and Bosh are great in the community of Miami, Dwayne always has. There are a lot of "filthy attention whores" in sports, not just on the Heat. They didn't throw a parade, they just wanted a Miami type introduction for their fans to introduce their superstars. The media has been out to get the Heat from the start because of the stigma Lebron has.
