It really does suck being in mediocre land in the NBA. Feels like a never-ending cycle.

Not yet but we're getting warmer. I'm surprised Odom went in this trade, I will admit that. Have to see this play out, not sure how Howard lands now but Orlando may have no say. Dwight easily says I'm going to LA with Kobe and CP3 or I'm not extending and you lose me for nothing. Best asset they can get is likely Bynum when teams know he will leave to free agency.

The bottom line is the Lakers have assets. You guys may not value them but they do. Thats why they have Paul now. Assets get you better players if you use them right. NY would have Paul right now if they had more assets. GSW or LAC would have him if they gave up some of their assets.

You're telling me with a straight face that the NBA-owned New Orleans Hornets wanted to acquire Lamar Odom in a trade of their All-Star franchise player?

          Bruh...give it up already.

this is exciting to me lol, I hope they get dwight so everybody will get off my team(Heat) back. I think the expectations will be higher for the lakers this year than it will be for the Heat.

Christmas can't get here fast enough !!!!!!

Bynum for Duhwight straight up is not enough, IMO. But, then again...
Bynum/Artest for Duhwight and Arenas. Gives the Magic cap room and saves them almost 30 mil

                LOL

If the Lakers get Arenas, are they going to run Kobe, Duhwight and 3 point guards?

I'm telling you they did and they just showed me they valued him because they ****ing traded for him. They could have done the deal without Odom. The finances worked. I actually think including Odom hurt their chances to get Bynum so you know LA didn't want to give him away if they didn't have to.

I'm not so sure. My love for the league has very clearly dropped slowly but surely, especially since Game 3 of the 2007 Semis. Only thing that keeps me coming back is not the storylines or the way the league is conducted but the fact that the NBA is still has the best quality basketball and my love for my team that simply can't be turned off. If I was one of those guys who never had a real team to root for and watched just to watch, I really truly would have been done a long time ago.

Seriously, the rest of their bench would be point guards.

Time to find where the hell Samaki Walker went.

Point is still the same. For whatever reason, you are still here. Even after your team was robbed, you are still here.
