The fascination, bottom line is always the money, and also Gordon/Griffin.
Oh no doubt, when it comes to Sterling money will always be the motivation and probably only motivation.

But at the sametime, I'm pretty sure players know their history and know that they may catch teams off guard one year and they'll have everyone start to believe in them and then eventually they'll go back to just being the same, old Clippers.

I guess what I need to see from them before calling a team on the rise is consistency.

      yep

Tracy McGrady has agreed to a 1-year, veteran-minimum deal with the Atlanta Hawks, a source close to the situation told ESPN's Stephen A. Smith.

Heat will not use the amnesty clause on Mike Miller, according to the NY Times.

According to a source, the Heat have decided against using the new clause on Miller, despite his most recent surgery.

RJ is getting the boot in Texas?.... I thought he came off one of his best shooting seasons there.

Yeah really like the options that GSW or LAC offer, but i'd want Gordon/MIN Pick from LAC and atleast Curry in a GSW deal

RJ was on the first half of the year....not so much after that...

WTF at the Heat, no idea why they wouldn't amnesty Miller...

Yeah, from the field he shot close to career best numbers, but from beyond the arc he shot by FAR a career best 44%. His highest prior to last year was 39%, so I'd take it as an anomaly and maybe some offensive scheme tweaks. Unless he suddenly became 5% better

True indeed....we may have had to give up a bit more as well b/c who knows how the roster would've shaken out.

From what I saw with my eyes, it's like he forgot how to play basketball. Those numbers are OK until you look at how many points he was scoring and how his confidence was basically as low as you could get in a two year stretch.

cp3 might as well stay put instead of getting traded for curry. He might work well with the clippers, but get rid of mo. IDK I just love seeing cp3 in the city of NOH not even a fan.

Sounds like the story that matches the numbers. Less fga = higher percentage generally.
