I would have liked to see the Bulls make a move BUT I'm actually fine with them standing pat. The only two moves I saw them making that would improve their chances of winning the championship was:
      A. Trading for Dwight Howard
      B. Trading for Ray Allen without trading away core guys.
Both deals were unrealistic so there were no realistic deals that the Bulls could have made.

I feel the pain for anyone that doesn't like the Fisher trade. It doesn't make any sense.

          The only justification:

          1. His on court play
          2. Saves 3 million in luxary taxes

Both horrible defenses. One, they could have saddled Fisher to the bench and made him into a Brian Shaw type player/coach. Shaw still got spot playing time and came up huge at times during their title runs, and Fisher could have assumed that role perfectly.

Who's the leader of the team now? Kobe?

          Absolute spineless and needless trade.

I think they do. They are returning the same team. And outside of Rose they don't really have a number 2. Boozer is clearly not the answer. I think RIP is a great addition. But I just don't know. Yes, obviously getting health is number one on the list. A lot of teams are going to be willing to trap Rose and let the other players beat them.

The Lakers to me is the biggest puzzle of the NBA season. They should be neck and neck with the Thunder for best record in the West.

For a team that had an elite scorer at the 2-guard and two all-star 7-footers in their lineup, they shouldn't be having this much trouble in the season.

He is still going to be better than either Murphy or McRoberts backing up our 4 & 5 spots in the long run.

Better with him than without I think, but time will tell.

The way Deron has handle thing so far compared to Dwight Howard has made me respect him even more. He's in a worse situation team wise an has been completely straight forward with everything.

Boltman, are you so sure about that? Murphy and McRoberts are pretty solid for what their roles are. Hill is on their level or worse.

Hill is also redundant. Pretty pointless to bring that piece of trash on. And at the price of losing your leader? I don't think there's much justifying that move one bit. Hill will never be much better than Murphy or McBob.

Look no further than Mike Brown and Kobe Bryant.

Sure Kobe's been lighting the stat sheet up, but they have not utilized their biggest strengths consistently [their big men].

It starts and ends with the coach and Bryant.

However to defend those two in the very least, they didn't have any other perimeter playmaker other than Bryant. Now with Sessions on board the offense should open up. I'm pretty intrigued to see how it all unfolds.

Sesh might be in on Sunday.

That's what I figured. When you have a team with size, the rule is to start inside and work your way out. The Lakers seem like they're working in reverse.

This isn't one of those types of deals in my humble opinion.

Fisher should have been untouchable. This was going to be his last year no doubt.

You in essence trade away your leader for a 10th man. I mean it really serves no real purpose other than a salary dump.

You can't just salary dump the captain and leader of your team to save a measly 3 million. What kind of message is that?

                              It's just sickening.
