Better yet, where is this notion coming from that nobody said anything about Duhwight for his foolishness?

Hell, the man has his own thread made for him about his mess and his constant flip flopping and throwing people under the bus, etc. People already acknowledged what he did was worse than Lebron so outside of that, what more needs to be said about the man that we don't know already?

I can see why he would, yet Dwight is getting off easy.

Shaq's going at Dwight because he knows Dwight is so sensitive..just like Shaq was. Remember when people would talk about Shaq's weight or his work ethic or how he had no moves.

Dwight looks stupid for even responding..especially when he can't escape Shaq's shadow.

Basically the "I'll call this player/team out and name guys/teams that are better than them, so when they do good then I can say that I was trying to motivate them and that I didn't mean what I said even though I really did" game.

I do agree with BigEast that Dwight should just keep his trap shut. It's beyond beating a dead horse by now on Shaq's part.

Watching the actual interview though, it's hard to say Dwight looks stupid for responding.

I disagree with BigEast on Dwight being in Shaq's shadow, I don't think Dwight is in Shaq's shadow at all. They're two completely different players. Shaq was never the defensive juggernaut Dwight is and Dwight will probably never be the offensive powerhouse Shaq was. Just because Dwight now plays for LA doesn't mean he's in anyone's shadow.

Shaq was never in anyone's shadow when he came to LA, I don't think Kareem was in Wilt's shadow. All these centers had completely different skill sets and were all great in their own regard.

                      Yep.

We know though that Shaq has a lot of disdain for Dwight (Superman, main Orlando guy, petty stuff) and is trying to mask it with these digs.

I find it funny Dwight's expressions every time he responds. And no..I don't feel bad for him.

Skip Bayless, Barkley and every "analyst" with an outlet talks about players. Dwight needs to stop being so sensitive.

not after the fact that's what i mean how hard and long bron was rode in the media not on this freaking website.....but the point was shaq is the only guy on Dwight and i don't sympathize with him....that's all..
also the point bigeast made. Shaq is doing this on purpose and for a reason as always and Dwight falls for it everytime

Man, Dwight answered that question perfectly. I don't see how he looks bad in the least. If your going to feed the troll, feed him truth.

Dwight Howard's name was on ESPN and NBATV every night last season with that mess of a situation with every analyst calling him a baby. What more do you want? It was like Dwight had his own reality t.v. show

Nobody asked for sympathy on Dwight's behalf. Where did that angle come from?

Its not an angle and you missed it totally which is ok.

Shaq is playing a thorn to Dwight whether you like it or not.

Of course he's in Shaq's shadow. Why do you think he didnt want to go to the Lakers for so long?

Shaq couldn't stand the players in front of him- David Robinson, Ewing, Hakeem, Zo, Dikembe.

And he cant stand the guy behind him- Dwight.

For some unknown reason..Shaq feels every big man needs to pay homage to him or something. He's always been that way.

Until Dwight learns how to ignore it, Shaq's not gonna stop.

Brook Lopez? He shouldn't have even responded.

But that long drawn teary-eyed "Shaq stop picking on me" speech cracks me up.
