no way Shumpert puts up numbers as good as Brooks. He won't get shots.

I will say this, Shumpert is one of the most NBA ready players ATHLETICALLY from the draft. and he's by far the best defender.

I don't wanna be too much of a homer but...

Kyrie is playing like Chris Paul right now. Last night he scored 20, 6 assists, 3 boards, 2 blocks 0 turnovers...in 21 damn minutes.

I know it's the Bobcats but damn man...that is sick.

Kyrie is burning it up. He has to be a favorite right now.

So here's something interesting, if Ricky Rubio won rookie of the year he'd be the 3rd player from the 2009 draft ( Tyreke Evans, Blake Griffin ) to win it. Goes to show how weak past 2 drafts were.

This award was really Kyrie's to lose the second he was drafted, was it not?

Anyway, I'd be happy if MarShon wins it(still has a chance)but I know that ain't happening but that's my choice.

You must not have payed attention to the draft thread.

A bunch of dudes saying that Derrick Williams and Knight should have been the pick and how Derrick Williams was going to be better than Kyrie.

Look at it like this, Dwayne Wade, Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard never won rookie of the year. Yet, guys like Emeka Okafor, Steve Francis and Mike Miller are rookie of the year winners. I still think Marshon could be the best player in this draft.

With the way its going it should be Kyrie easily.

Kyrie is ahead of everyone right now but I can see Rubio sneak in and win it, he's getting a lot of hype right now. I think Marshon Brooks should definitely be up there with them if he keeps scoring like the way he is.

Is this your payback or something?

Knight and Williams would have been a good combination.

The draft talk wasn't about who would win ROY. It was about who were the best 2 picks for Cleveland to make. 10+ games into the season and we're suggesting that Kyrie a superstar?

Let time play out and see if Rubio/Williams turns into a good or better combination than Kyrie/Thompson.
