If Thibs was still in the running for coach of the year, his candidacy should be axed now.

            Regarding rose?

Yea it didn't look good at all, no contact there, just a hop attempt and boom.

I don't wanna get anyone down but it looked real serious (to me, I could be wrong).

Hope it isn't as serious as it looked.

Heard that Rose is on way to the hospital. He should have never been out there.

That injury could have happened at any point and time. That was a non-contact injury, which means Rose may have had structural damge in his knee. Far from coach Thibs fault, IMO.

MRI time, standard procedure. Should have an update in an hour or two.

Obviously any injury could happen at any time but the fact is is that it happened at a meaningless point in the game, reminds me of when Tyrone Prothro destroyed his ankle in that game against Florida years ago.

The Rose injury has ACL/MCL written all over-it

Anyone who is calling Thibs an idiot needs to look in the mirror to see the real idiot. That's how the Bulls play and Rose wants to be playing. To say probably the best all-around coach in basketball is an idiot, is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard.

Either you're good to go or you're not.

If the medical staff/coaches knew something could be wrong he shouldn't have played.

The way I see it, it could've happened in the opening minute of game two, no one can guess something like this is going to happen.

                                Who?

If the injury is serious, which I truly hope it isn't, then it was likely caused by structural damage or wear and tear on his knee ligament. Doesn't matter whether it was the 1st quarter or 4th, **** like that just happens.

I recall Chris Webber and Timmy Duncan injuring their knees in 4th quarter action. Rick Adelman and Gregg Popovich must have been idiots too because they couldn't see the future.
