On an unrelated note, it's irritating when people talk about wanting to see LeBron win a ring so people can shut up about him. That's not going to happen. It's just funny to me that nobody ever said they don't want to see LeBron win a ring back when he could do no wrong and never got the blame for anything, but now that he can apparently do no right and gets majority of the blame for things in Miami it's all about wanting to see him win cause of all the press he gets. Hello this is the way LeBron's entire career has been. He's always been overhyped well beyond what he deserves and has benefitted greatly for it. Now that the hype train has moved in the opposite direction everybody should have pity for him and wanna see him win and expect the hype train to stop? The two years of negative overhype this dude has gotten is nothing compared to the seven years of positive overhype he's gotten. Bottomline, LeBron is going to be pumped to a nauseating level no matter what he does.
    Exactly.

When LeBron wins one...the new story will just be how they should trade Wade or is LBJ better than Jordan at this age or can LeBron catch Kobe or some other nonsense.

When LBJ wins it...they'll have split-seconds critiques of his celebration probably.

The LBJ hype train is going nowhere.

Stories have already come out about him going back to Cleveland 2 seasons from now.

Him winning one will just fuel the onslaught.

Yeah he can opt out of his deal in two years. If he gets a ring in Miami and then opts out looking to go back to Cleveland, the 'Unfinished Business' media hype is going to blow this 'Bad Guy' hype out of the water.

Late in the game does not equal end of game. Refs have call plenty of fouls with a minute or so left. But when that clock ticks below 10 secs you can pretty much forget it. Thats the way it is and has always been. Was KD fouled buy rule? Hell yeah. Was there any real reason to think he was gonna get a call from the refs at that point? Nah. No point in beating this dead horse anymore. Im gonna leave it at that.

I'm sure someone has said this by now, but what it comes down to is this:

Don't put yourself in a position to come back from a 15+ point deficit and then leave it to the refs in the final two minutes.

Not saying a fix is in or anything of that sort. Just saying: control your own destiny by controlling the game.

If you want to cry foul over the no-foul call, you should first consider that you allowed yourself to be in that crucial a position in the first place.

To be honest im sick of all of this talk of the refs and none of the talk that Miami won the game

It just kind of feels like a huge whine and holler fest than it does us talking about the finals

Its annoying when its still going on 17 hours later

People will whine and call out the BS or fix or conspiracy or whatever have you, but it's 1-1. No more truth than that.

That's always the routine during the finals/playoffs, it's nothing new under the sun at all. Now you know how other fans feel

Dont know what OTHER fans you're talking about unless you're alluding to the Lakers when this isnt even the same thing

The same people who bash the crap out of LeBron and the Heat arent arguing the win, they're going on for hours about the refs when this wasnt one of those LA Sacto or LA Min reffed type games

Its just because LeBron's team won is what it is

It's all fans bro, I don't know how the Lakers aren't the same thing.

Nobody said it was LA/SAC, that's a load of crap and way besides the point I was making.

The point is, people complaining about whistles and not simply talking about the game is what always goes on every year in the playoffs. This isn't new. Miami isn't the first team for this reaction to happen to.

People cry and moan and complain about refs every freaking game in the playoffs. Look back at every thread this past playoff during game discussions. Especially during the Thuner/Laker games. It's pure entertainment. There's like maybe a handful of posts about the actual game, all the rest are about the officiating or about how Player A is getting every single foul call.

Other fans= the fans of teams who win in the playoffs. Some of those fans constantly have to hear about how the officials decided the game and not the players even days after the game[s].

Nobody gonna sit around and boo hoo about LeBron. It happens to every team, it's nothing new at all and yes it's because it's LeBron. But he's definitely not the only player that receives this type of reaction.
