Alright, maybe I'm in denial, but if this is really the trade as it looks right now, you can't tell me this is the best offer they can get. They'd be better off giving him to Houston for a crap ton of picks.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

I don't want Dwight to get his wish to go to Brooklyn, but I just want this all to end.
I can't wait until the 11th when all the FAs can sign
I also read on twitter that a lot of players who are expecting MLE type of money aren't getting it bc teams are running out so they have to settle. That's good for the bullsChicago Bulls
Chicago Bears

Players expecting full mid-level deals are now getting 1- and 2-year offers, agents say. “The money is drying up,” said one.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (Updates 1st PG)
The only thing that makes it a good deal, is Brooklyn is the only team willing to make an offer for Dwight, seeing he's crossed every other team off the list and the Magic can't risk losing him empty handed.
Only reason it's the best deal they are going to get.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (Updates 1st PG)
He never implied that. He said Jeffries was not a great perimeter defender and then listed other guys that he didn't think was great. He didn't say Shump was as bad as Melo. He just said he doesn't think he is a great lockdown defender.
He also said that steals don't make somebody a great defender. Which is true because some guys gamble in passing lanes too much. Like being able to block shots doesn't mean you are a great defender. Some shot blockers are great shot blockers when providing help defense. But when they have to guard someone on the post they can easily fall for shot fakes, etc. His point was that stats like steals or blocks are not always an indication of a good defender.Comment

They get one NBA starter (who albeit really isn't a player you build a team around) and 4 picks.

Is Brook Lopez getting a max contract? If so, talks should be done.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it
