Re: Chris Broussards Sources tell me Trade Rumors and Discussion Thread
So we now have reports that tell us that KB has made it known to management that he wouldnt be opposed to shipping Dwight out. If Im Dwight at this point I wouldn't be opposed it either. He was essentially told from jump that he was going to be the heir to the throne in LA. Since then the Lakers have sent the opposite message. After firing Brown they not only decide not to hire a coach that would maximize his ability they bring in a guy who couldn't care less about utilizing Dwight in his natural state. Thats means going forward the Lakers are going to be featuring a style of play thats doesn't really see Dwight as the center piece in the traditional way. Personally I would have never traded for the man in the first place. He doesn't have the game or maturity to be the franchise player he thinks he is. The Lakers are in a bad way. Leadership at the top is fractured and the vision for the future is at best unclear. If you're KB do you ride this tide out to retirement or use your last fews years of dominance in search of a title elsewhere?Comment

At this point the Lakers should be asking all GMs, "Who wants Dwight?". Get some young pieces and/or some picks back, and start building for the future.Redskins, Lakers, Orioles, UNC Basketball , and ND Football

Re: Chris Broussards Sources tell me Trade Rumors and Discussion Thread
This year he gets a little over 5M and next year he gets about the same, but next year's isn't guaranteed so they can buy him out I think for less. Roy has made it clear he will NOT be bought out however and most NBA scouts think he's done, so Kahn is stuck with him unless he can find a bigger sucker than him.Comment

Re: Chris Broussards Sources tell me Trade Rumors and Discussion Thread
The Milwaukee Bucks continue to discuss Josh Smith trade scenarios with the Atlanta Hawks in advance of Thursday’s 3 p.m. trade deadline, according to sources with knowledge of the talks.
I don't understand why the Bucks are so intent on getting Josh Smith. Do they really think he's going to re-sign with them in the offseason?Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

The man said he WANTS to play with Ellis and Jennings.
Think about that for a moment and ask yourself would you really want to trade for a guy who said that?#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: Chris Broussards Sources tell me Trade Rumors and Discussion Thread
I get the feeling a completely random team will come in and grab Smith by tomorrow.
I wonder how realistic/possible a Howard/Smith trade is? Although I'm pretty sure Dwight has said he doesn't want to play in Atlanta and I don't think the Lakers are going to trade him either.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches.
