    Re: 2014 Draft Class

I saw this article about the chance of Parker staying for one more year to play with his old team. The number one player from the 2015 class. What's his name Okafor or something? I've only seen a few clips of him.

Yeah, Jahlil Okafor. He's a bad, bad man.

From what I've saw of him I wasn't super impressed honestly. He has great touch and good post moves, good all around skill at everything basically.. . But really not that athletic, he's like 6'10" and looks like he finger tips every dunk just barely getting there.. He's always like 5 inches off the ground lol. Same when he blocks a shot.. His skill will carry him a long way but I can't help but think these bigger, stronger, and much more athletic guys will be a problem for him.. Maybe not.

We'll see. His skill level is absurd for a kid his age, and he isn't overly athletic, but he's really quick with his moves and even though he doesn't jump high, he finishes everything with dunks. He looks like a rich man's Jared Sullinger to me, and Sully pretty much dominated at Ohio State for the two years he was there.

6'11" with a 7'6" wingspan... he doesn't really need to be able to get up very high lol.

I had the same feeling when I was watching his highlights. It was like watching Tim Duncan to a point. Boring as **** lol.... But tons of skill.

Is a really 6'11"?? Everything I've saw had him at 6'9 or 6'10.. And didn't even look quite that big in his videos.. If he has grown to 6'11" that'll be a big difference. The extra size will help lots defensively.

Sully actually isn't a bad comparison. Sully looks a little quicker and stronger, but that doesn't mean another year of growing and college practices wouldn't do the same for this guy..

He has the skill already that's for sure.

DraftExpress has him listed at 6'9" without shoes, 6'11" with shoes, and a 7'6" wingspan

Looks fine to me as long as you send Sanders to Miami.

                    How about, Knight/Sanders -for- Chalmers/Haslem/Lewis

Would be cool to see Giannis and Embiid the foundation of a team. Reppin West Africa together.

Plus they're both good passers for their position on top of the length and athleticism, be a cool mix.

                              I love him <3

Still don't think he'll amount to much in the NBA, but man, I'm enjoying the hell out of him as a Syracuse fan. Making my senior year memorable.

He should be nowhere near the top 10 in the NBA draft. Jeff Goodman has him going before Marcus Smart. That is asinine.
He's playing like the best PG in college right now though.
