Re: 11/26 - 12/2 Games Discussion Thread
His athleticism is still a concern IMO. Even in his highlights, there's plays where you can tell he's totally outmatched physically and ends up throwing up crap as a result. And at least for now, I don't think he's a good enough shooter to off-set his lack of athleticism. He's at least gotten his shot a little quicker than it was at Michigan IMO, but the kid is shooting what? 36% from the field? He's too trigger-happy as a PG to not be at least a good shooter.
But again, tonight was definitely a step in the right direction. Hopefully he continues to improve. But I still think he'll settle in as a backup PG when it's all said and done.
I think Trey has shown his athleticism is more than enough to play at a high level night in night out. Is he limited of course which player isn't? What has impressed me the most isn't a great display of physicals gifts. It's been his ability to adjust in such a short time.
That 36% really isn't a fair judge. He is playing with a broken index finger on his shooting hand. He's shooting 45% the last 3 games. You looking at the Chair MAN!
Number may not tell the whole story ,but they never lie either.Comment

I'm gonna have to find it somewhere. Game was too late for me to watch last night.

It was a game worth watching. If the Finals came down to these two teams, I'd be more than happy.
PG took another step last night in "taking the reigns" for the Pacers. Dude "shooshed" the crowd several times. Great game.Twitter - WTF_OS

"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Well, Milwaukee's tied with the Knicks if that's any consolation.

Good news is that Aldridge can play with his back to the basket, but he does like to be around the perimeter.
Maybe they can do what Dallas did that one year because I don't think the Mavs scored in the paint much either when they wonComment

Good recap of the game last night.
He just won Coach of the Month honors and got his players to buy into the system. The Blazers have the third ranked offense in the league, and their defense has improved from last season. The ball movement makes the team so fun to watch. He's doing an excellent job.Comment
