I guess there's still hope for Lopez to grab that "Best C in the East" title next season if Hibbert keeps up this subpar play into the postseason and into next season as well.

'Only' the fifth's most efficient offense in the NBA actually. Don't know where I've heard first most efficient.

I think that was here but he actually says they've been rated 6th's best offense in the NBA this year due to Westbrook's absence.

One of the reason OKC's offense is so poor is also the lack of playmaker/good passer in their roster... Not everything is on Brooks.

I like how Hibbert became the Best Center in the East by beasting on the Heats non existent bigs.

The Oklahoma City Thunder still have the second best record in the league right? Lol

I would break it down like this:

                Best defensive: Hibbert
                Best offensive: Lopez
                Best all-around: Noah

If guys like PJ Tucker and Gerald Green are hard for them to defend the playoffs will be a struggle for them. You can't just hope to out score your opponent every night.. Especially in the playoffs when things slow down and Durant doesn't get to the line 15+ times every close game.

If the Mavs end up matched up against the Thunder in the first round I would be pretty confident in the Mavs ability to win the series or at least drag it out to 7 games. I think the Suns or Grizzlies could take them down as well.

I actually think their best first round matchup would be the Warriors or the Blazers, although the Warriors are unlikely and the Blazers are extremely unlikely.

Lopez aint better than Big Al offensively (if you consider Jefferson a center, which I do)

I would also say it's a wash defensively between Hibbert and Noah

Brook is much more efficient than Al, so that's why I think he's better offensively. Al takes 6 more shots per game but only has an increase of 1 ppg to show for it. I'd also give Brook a boost for getting his numbers on the Nets compared to the Bobcats... Brook is also a much better free throw shooter.

I see Noah as a better team defender...makes the hustle plays, is a leader, will steal the ball, etc. Hibbert is the better rim protector and I'd rather have him to defend in the low post because he's taller and heavier. Noah is definitely the best all around center; I can agree with them being even defensively if I'm not just looking for a pure rim protector and post defender.

I know he probably won't get any credit until he starts winning but if we're talking about best offensive centers, I'm gonna have to throw DeMarcus Cousins in there. I've been able to watch him a lot more closely this season and the dude is an absolute monster. He can handle the ball, score down low and even hit the mid range jumper.

If the Pacers had the mentality of say....the Grizzlies on offense...I'd pencil them into the Finals....I really hope they don't waste a heck of a team because of selfishness...

Say what you will about MIA but at their darkest hour, they didn't implode, stuck together and built one hell of a team atmosphere...

Big Al is probably the most skilled big man in the league, especially with his back to the basket. He takes more shots because of that reason. You don't need to look at stats to see that.
