It's all up to LaLa really. Just take her by Harpo studios and show her how Oprah built a media empire from some small *** little joint on the west side. You don't have to be IN NY or LA for the success she wants.

    Anyway. Any news on Ariza?

That's ridiculous odds. It's not even worth flying to L.A. to meet Mitch and Kobe.

        It's 20%.

Melo to the Lakers would be a bad move for both parties. If they sign him to the max (and there's no way he takes a pay cut to play on a team that's not a contender), that's 45.5 million tied up to just him and Kobe. If you stretch Nash, that's an additional 3 million, and Randle will make 2.5 million. That's already $51 million not including cap holds, which isn't nearly enough money to buy together a contending roster. It's one thing for bench players to take big pay cuts, but what good starter will take around 5 million? And Kobe is a huge question mark. I'd rather sign someone like Bledsoe, who helps keep the Lakers competitive, but can be a part of a rebuild.

I wanna see the Warriors bring back Brandon Rush. Hasn't looked the same since his ACL tear, but if he could get back to form, he could be a valuable piece for cheap.

Don't be sorry, if he doesn't come it's not the end of the world. 2016 is right around the corner. But I don't know how you can be so definitive. Even Melo probably coudn't be as sure as you are right now. They're gonna meet, they're gonna talk. The lakers have a shot, I'd say they get him 1 out of 5 times. The bulls have a shot aswell. It's not 0% sir.

0.5% that was the odds the Lakers get Lebron.

You could give me a 99% chance that Melo goes to LA, and I'd still feel safe taking the 1%.

I believe that melo is going to the Lakers I don't know how any body can say the Lakers have no change. Yeah the lakers only won 27 games last year but a lot of that was there coach and injures. They where won of the most injured teams ever last year. They had like 6 guys that missed 20 or more games. Even a team like the spurs would have struged to get to 50 wins with that amont of injures. With the same lakers team last year and a good coach and with out the crazy amont of injures I think the lakers where a 40-43 win team. Now they got a good player in the draft and I belive that nick young will came back. Knicks are in even worse shap then the lakers are. Knicks don't have a first round draft pick for the next like 2 years and are over the cap. Lakers at least have money and have draft picks. The knicks lost tysen chanerl who else do they have? JR smith, stodimer? The lakers have some guys that are not bums like farmer, young, herney, Johnson, kobe. I really hope that nash just retires it would be the best has he just cant stay heathly any more.

There's nothing attractive about LA ours is of market size and Chicago and New York are equally attractive in that regards. A team with no coach a shell of himself superstar and questionable owner wouldn't make me feel safe right now.

Glad to see the Wiz bring back Gortat. That was pretty much the move they had to make to help with the development of Wall/Beal. I'd still let Ariza walk though.

Glad for my man S.Dot to go to a team like GSW. They got them selves a good dude who you could pair alongside Steph in the backcourt and still have some length out there with him, Klay and Dre. Hope he does well out there and I'll definitely be supporting him out there.

While like I said Knicks are in even worse shap not having a 1st round pick the next few years and they have even more bums then the lakers. The lakers have a lot of decision to make though has they only have 3 guys singed on for next year so a lot of decision to make when it comes to who they should keep and not keep. They have like 5 guys that can really help on a better team.

If we can come to terms with Gasol hopefully he signs for something that doesn't necessarily break the bank. Ideally $6-7 million. That would give us another guy we could target like Ariza.

Personally I don't think the Big 3 will sign their contracts yet until Riley has reached an agreement with the recruited free agents. That way the Big 3 can leverage their contracts either by taking more or less depending on the remaining cap space they have after rounding out the key signings.
