So as a celtics fan do you think this means rondo is officially on his way out? (With the drafting of Marcus and signing of Bradley) I wouldn't want to trade rondo as a fan or gm but I think it's what's best for Rondo ultimately and still provides an upside for the celtics bc they could get some really good draft picks or young players (whichever route they wanna take) for him. I think with the young talent they have brewing and that's on the rise that would thrive with more minutes they should think about trading him and Jeff green. But that's one mans (mine) opinion

Boston could possibly look to move Rajon Rondo closer to the trade deadline after he showcases himself while healthy again. The only problem I see is Boston values Rondo higher than the rest of the league. Interest from other teams among all past trade rumors shows that. Teams aren't willing to give Boston what they feel he is worth. One thing to consider is Rondo being the only piece Boston has to attract free agents to go there. Not that Boston has ever been a destination for free agents, quite the opposite, but Rondo is the only player on the roster one would want to play with. Is he enough to entice big name free agents to Boston? I don't know. I do know he is not worth a max deal to keep him around after this season if other established players aren't coming here because of him.
I want Boston to move him before he walks away with nothing in return. This opinion seems to be split among Celtics fans, though.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
If meeks can get 6m it's scar how much Stephenson is gonna command.
Although I'am also hopping the lakers try to get him if they can't get Melo. There aren't too many players like Lance in the league and he's only 23 years old.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
That Stephenson deal might wind up dictating the market if he resigns for Parsons/Hayward/etc.
I'd love to bring Hayward back for $44M over 5.Twitter: @TyroneisMaximus

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
I'm hearing from Mr. Multiple Sources himself, Broussard(on the Mike and Mike show) that Lasry, one of the Bucks new owners understands the public's outrage and will offer an apology how it went down.
We'll see.Comment

pic not loading 24.
--as far as the overpaying goes, they talked about it a bit on the FA special on espn
there is so much cap space available between all these teams, and just not enough players to fill it so people are getting overpaidComment
