Apparently the cavs want to experiment with a blitzkrieg offense and no defense ... now they just need to trade for Harden and they're set

no doubt? there is plenty of doubt, show me how this team is anything but the miami team and we saw what happened with them

your getting what, 25-30 points tops from that bench if everyone plays at their max level

throw in 60 a night from the big 3, + 20 between waiters/vary and your getting about 100 a game, and this is assuming these guys stop shooting 40% with lebron on the team...and not to mention theyll give up 100 a game if kyrie/waiters/love are all starting lol...lebron is great on D but he cant guard 5 guys at once...oh and what happens when vary gets hurt like usual

now if they can keep waitiers on the bench (i say start marion/bron on the wing, its unconventional but show me how it cant work...) and get him to buy into a 6th man come be our jamal crawford role, THEN we start getting to the no doubt they could win it area

So you doubt that this team could win a title? Interesting. So in your mind there is no way that the Cavaliers, as constructed, could win a title?

I agree they still need a rim protecting big guy...and they have plenty of assets to get him. Mozgov or maybe a guy like Robin Lopez...both would work.

i honestly feel as-is this team is no better than last years heat. it all honestly depends on who makes the finals from the west

LAC would destroy them, SA would probably go 7, and i think they would steamroll OKC

I severely disagree.

This Cavaliers team is much more talented than the Heat. The Heat didn't have a 4th option like Dion Waiters. They don't have a big man as talented as either Andy or Thompson coming off the bench. Hell, I'm not sure if Chalmers is that much better than Delly.

Whether they actually win a title, I'm not sure. I think they certainly could. Blake Griffin has a broken back, so I'm not sure how we could say the Clippers would destroy them. Their biggest threat is probably San Antonio, although I have a feeling we should look at the Mavs too. That team looks pretty good again. And I suppose we could throw the Bulls in there too, assuming that Rose is healthy, Gasol bounces back, and McBucketts pans out.

Houston, OKC, GS...all those would probably lose to the Cavaliers.

Damn wiggins was just chillin in limbo without knowin the deal. Hahahaha. I think it would have been a lot more fun watching Lebron with Bennett and wiggins, whether or not they would have been a better team is a good debate

Looking to see what Blatt has in store defensively....I've always felt like you cant just look at names and make a determination that a team can't play defense..

No one would've thought a combination of Al Jefferson and McRoberts could hold down a top 5 defenses front court when the season began. Loves struggles are documented, but its starting to be exaggerated to the point that you would think hes incapable of even getting in a defensive stance, lol

Not to mention that rebounding is as big of a factor in defense as anything else, and the Cav's should be good to go there..

We will see what coach has these guys doing..

I'm not really concerned with that team defensively. At all.

That will be a heck of a team offensively. Interested to see how it plays out.

Looking to see what Blatt has in store defensively....I've always felt like you cant just look at names and make a determination that a team can't play defense..

Also, Cavs had a upper tier defense back in the day with Mo and Jamison in the starting lineup. Shaq and Z also aren't exactly defensive anchors either.

The Cavs will be fine defensively. Love might be a mediocre defender but he at least tries on that end. Maybe LeBron can get Kyrie to quit going James Harden on that end too.

The writing's been on the wall for awhile now with this, but now that it's official, I hate LeBron again. lol

Dammit, I feel like my Bulls just can't get over that damn hump. It's like they took home that hot girl from the club they were working all night, and she's on the bed ready to go, and your boy(LeBron) comes busting in the room ruining everything.

why do i feel like the overwhelming theme of some of OS to to relate basketball to dating/seducing the females...

with only 2 defenders on the team, and thats if marion even signs....blatt better draw up one hell of a defensive scheme to hide people
