Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Jeremy Lamb gonna get rocked playing the 3 defensively. Perry Jones would be my pick to start. Good defender, can shoot juuust enough (hopefully has improved) to not be ignored totally.
Personally would start Russ/Lamb/PJ3. Stagger Jackson to run the 2nd team offense. Westbrook going to be wiped carrying entire games. Close with Russ/Reggie and the 3 would be based on who's playing better that night/matchups.
You gotta just see what you have with Lamb and Jones (I'm personally really high on PJ3 as a glue guy already) at a certain point. This is as good of a time as any.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Oh and Kawhi. I have this mixed feeling that he deserves the max, but I wouldn't want to be the one paying it. Though the market is set for him with Hayward and Parson's deals. He's going to get it, just like Klay is. Especially with the cap jumping these next few years.
It'll be a max, but 16$ a year when the cap is 80 will be like a 12 or so a year contract now. Very, very reasonable for him.
Talked myself into it.Comment

Anthony Slater

Right ankle for Reggie Jackson. He's on crutches.
Reggie Jackson (right ankle) had to be helped off the practice floor on Monday, and he was spotted on crutches after returning.
Jackson could not put weight on his right foot and had to be helped off the court by two people. This is obviously terrible news for the Thunder as the team simply can't afford any more injuries at this point. We should know more soon, but Jackson's actual and prospective owners need to check back for updates. ESPN's Royce Young reports Jackson's injured his ankle and is officially questionable for Wednesday, but it sounds like he's closer to doubtful at this point. Oct 27 - 1:35 PMComment
