Nobody gets along with Kobe, people tolerate him but very few(fisher, Gasol) may actually get along with him.
Hes only getting 1.5? I thought he was getting a little more than that. As far as kobe goes yea your right, not many do like kobe much so i guess it comes as no surprise.

I would probably do that trade if I was Sac. I mean, why not? This roster is so far from contending in the West, I would go ahead and do it. If they're gonna be bad, they may as well be entertaining. And who knows, maybe this somehow works out very well for them. As long as they have no plan to play Smith at the 3, I don't really see this trade making them worse in any way.
I would take the trade if I was Detroit as well. Free up room for your starting front court of Monroe and Drummond, while bringing in a couple bench guys.

According to DraftExpress the trade is "dead" sadly. I wish it wasn't though because I would like that trade for Detroit.

Orlando offered the 4th, the 12th pick and afflalo for the first pick to the cavs.

My point is that there aren't tons of those "types of players" sitting around the league. The Mavs already have a budget version of those two in Dalembert anyways.

Yeah that would be something really nice to see. Lebron playing for Jordan on the newly reformed Hornets...wow but of course no way that happens.

Man I was just saying that what's best behind Dirk is a guy like Tyson and not a guy like Pau. That's all lol. They're too similar in my opinion. And they don't compliment each other on defense, at all. Now offensively I'am sure you would get some flashes of awesome ball movements. No doubt.

Let's play the hypothetical game, and say LeBron bails, and Bosh decides he doesn't want to stick around in Miami and opts out as well.

What do you guys think he commands on the open market? I see a lot of the NBA guys on twitter saying that he's going to get a max deal from somewhere, but I'm not sure if I see it.

Chris Bosh could realistically get like 4 years $70 million IMO. It depends a lot on the situation.

If Orlando had the 3rd pick then I would take this and run. Use the 3rd pick on Embiid and take the risk on him. The problem is I don't think he's falling past 3 despite the injuries.

So unless someone comes through with some no brainer deal then all I ask is that the Cavs stand pat and take Wiggins. I'm prepared to be disappointed tomorrow though.

EDIT: BTW if Joe Johnson can get a max contract then Chris Bosh sure as hell can (and would) too.

I don't even consider Joe Johnson pay a big deal anymore . He was the best SG in the playoffs IMO .

He's super clutch and shoots well. He's lived up to his Brooklyn contract better than DWill has.

His pay is irrelevant because Mikhail doesn't give two ****s about the luxury tax.

However, neither Williams or Johnson have come anywhere close to earning their contract. $21 million a year for a guy whose PER was 122nd in the entire league. Eww.

I'm already tired of this off-season though. Just ready for all the FA options we had to spurn us so we can get back to basketball. Ready to see Rose back on the court.
