Taj Gibson ****ed us over with this ankle surgery he got that's going to have him out until damn near the start of the season, Jo is on an expiring contract but apparently nobody wants to trade for him, nobody is going to take Rose with two years left on his deal, you can't trade old Gasol, you just re-signed Jimmy and what are you really going to get if you move Snell or McDermott or Niko? They have zero salary cap room so you only have the mid level and vet min to work with? So what exactly would you like them to do?
This is like deja vu. You've said this before king. They've got you believing they cant do anything...except be stalwarts

    Never say never. And if
youre on a treadmill blow it up

I'm assuming that also means Duncan is a lock to return, too, if he hasn't already said he's coming back.
Heck yeah, let's go ahead and break all of the rest of the trio records.

The Spurs are going to take everyone. I won't be surprised if Ray Allen sign's with them next.

Honestly it all depends on health and Hoiberg's system. They really should have been in the Finals this year, but between Pau getting hurt at the worst possible time, Thibs being stubborn to the death and just flat out getting outplayed by the Cavs it didn't happen for them. However they currently have the pieces still to get out of the east as you said and if this new offensive system works out and they can keep even a bit of their defensive identity in the process, then they aren't as far off as some might think.

I can't stand when players don't take what they're worth. It literally always drives me crazy. Why did we just pay West a total of $44 million the last 4 years if he goes out and signs for the vet min? I'm sure Bird and Simon would've loved to have his services for just 1 million or whatever the vet min is. Hell he'd probably already have a ring.

                    Yes, sour grapes. lol

Once Rose learns to fully trust himself and keep injuries out of his head, I can see him playing at an mvp level. Imo the Bulls should be in the hunt or least trully compete with Cavs,Heat.

Joe Ingles is finalizing a deal with the Utah Jazz, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

What is the Spurs roster looking like now?

                          Duncan, Aldridge, Leonard, Green, Parker
Bench: West, Manu, Diaw, Mills, Anderson, Bonner?

the bulls will be in the mix as always. If they keep this up they'll be like a championshipless version of the spurs lol. On a serious note tho, the bulls will be a top 2 favorite to make it out as long as they can play defense at a similar level that there known for, can remain healthy at the right times, and can stop playing heinrich more than 10mins a night. Oh and hope to god that if they play cleveland again that lebron doesnt "go screw this i dont wanna lose again" mode on them and dominates the series. But its still too far away for them to be worrying about that lol. If all goes there way, i wouldnt be mad at a spurs bulls or thunder bulls or possibly(tho doubtful) warriors bulls nba finals. But again its too far off to tell.

Spurs must have some magical negotiator. Timmy D. has been Taking pay-cuts forever long.
IMO there has to be some kind of freaky favors going down Sant Town LOL.
