Exactly. He's worth the Max. It's just the timing of the cap going up. lol at the ASG being the barometer whether someone should get the max or not also.

No, he isn't. Not unless you are okay with your team being a middling franchise with little room for improvement.

Him not making an all-star or All-NBA selection just further my point that he isn't elite and isn't worth the max. Only two or three point guards are. He isn't one.

I guess the Kings upgrade at sg, but that team clearly has no plan. Kings just need to trade Cousins and rebuild.
