@MikeAScotto
Sources: Bucks are shopping Greg Monroe hard. He's owed $17.1 million next season and has a $17.8 million player option for 2017-18 seasonComment

If any of you guys has ESPN Insider and wants a good laugh, Chad Ford published an article with a bunch of trades that he thinks makes sense for all parties involved:

Eh, basically a one year deal and he's a really productive player still. If they want to move him, it'll be pretty easy, especially once some teams strike out in free agency.NFL: Bills

Yea that article was a hoot...even though I did like that Okafor to Boston trade. Was Bradley, Rozier, 16, 28 and someone else forget who though.

2016 Offseason Thread
I still don't think teams will be going money crazy this year especially since this FA is really role player heaven.
Next year on the other hand, especially with the cap going up more looks more promising. There's quite a few teams that don't need to spend just because they have money.#RespectTheCultureComment

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
Teams are going to have to spend this year one way or another...cap floor that teams will have to hit for 16-17 is $84.6 million, almost $15 million more than the actual cap this past season. Either spend it on players (I predict a lot more 1 yr contracts) or have to divide the difference among your current roster. I thought last year's contracts were pretty out of control (ex. Monroe, D. Green, Carroll, etc.), but this offseason will likely be even crazier.XBL & PSN: zasbury25Comment

Players will consider two year contracts with player options all over the place. And teams will eat it up because they only have to commit the dollars to role players for two years at most.
At this point, Harrison Barnes might have no choice. For the stars like Durant and LeBron, it's obvious."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

If this is real then man...how bad was last year's FA because he was considered a catch after he chose MIL over the Knicks.
What kind of year did he have to dump him after one?Comment
