    2018-19 Transaction Thread

I like that LeBron left us to put together a roster that wouldn’t beat our 2010-11 team.

Speaking of that team, my favorite player from it was JJ. We should bring him back. He’s still only 30.

      Giving up on Lonzo already?

No, I would have liked to see him backing Lonzo up and also playing along side him sometimes, taking the minutes that Rondo and Lance are getting this year.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

          Ahh gotcha.

Was thinking you were looking at him as a starting PG. Based on how he’s played these last 2 years, he can probably start on half of the teams in the league.

            2018-19 Transaction Thread

Woj reporting the Washington Wizards are in advanced talks with the Phoenix Suns on a deal for Trevor Ariza. Teams trying to finalize a multi-team deal tonight.

EDIT: Deal is nearing completion. Wizards get Ariza, Kelly Oubre to the Memphis Grizzlies and Austin Rivers and two Grizzlies role players to Phoenix. Deal is expected to include second round draft compensation as well.

As part of a three-team deal nearing completion: Ariza to the Wizards, Kelly Oubre to the Memphis Grizzlies and Austin Rivers and two Grizzlies role players to Suns, league sources tell ESPN. https://t.co/1EmRCHrjOP

              Few more details

If this deal comes off I feel like Oubre has a chance to reach his potential in Memphis. Getting rid of Rivers is solid for the Wiz, not sure though how much Ariza helps in that locker room, and I don't know what the Suns are doing.

They must’ve figured they weren’t going to pay Oubre in the offseason so might as well let him go now.

Surprised they gave up on Rivers so soon especially since they don’t have any other reliable options outside of Wall, Beal and Sato.

Not sure I get bringing back Ariza 4-5 years later though.

I’m all for Oubre but only if they keep Dillon Brooks.

                              Oh damn, spoke too soon.

Lol Phoenix really thought they would give up Dillon Brooks that easy? Don’t understand how they assumed otherwise from the jump. That would have been a massive win for the Suns.!

Feel for Marshon Brooks right now. Current team tried to trade you, then the other team cancels the deal because you’re the wrong Brooks...
