    Agreed.

Clippers were a playoff team last year and they haven’t got any worse. And they still have a max slot, picked up Harkless and added a future 1st rounder all the while waiting for their #1 target.

I’d say that’s pretty smart management but to each his own.

Are the Clippers more valuable being little brother in Los Angeles than they are being top dog in Seattle? I'm speaking from a financial standpoint. Cause Ballmer is already building them their own arena, right?

If Kawhi goes to the Lakers, it's gonna be a fun, fun ride. Their depth would be abysmal, and it's not like they have three iron men as their Big 3 either. They need a lot of help yet.
Clippers were a team that I thought would get at least one person. Problem is nowadays stars don't want to go to teams alone. I don't think they make playoffs next year with other teams progressing.
Yeah Lakers would need quality depth. You don't want Bron and AD playing heavy minutes. They wouldn't be a lock. Most of depth would older players or guys that wouldn't see much playing time on other teams

They really don't even have that.. SGA has potential, Shamet and Harrell could be great role players, but Harrell is also 25 already. The rest of their roster has basically peaked.

Free agent Jordan Bell has agreed to a guaranteed deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, agents Aaron Mintz and Michael Tellem of CAA told Yahoo Sports.

This some weird thinking right here IMO.

Lou Williams making $8M/yr. Harrell $6M. AND they still made the playoffs. Who cares about peaking if you’re winning and have cap space to potentially sign a 1st or 2nd tier FA?

Some teams are starving just to sniff the playoffs or get out of bad contracts.

                I don’t understand the criticism.

Watch Kawhi pick the Clippers now, he's weird enough it doesn't count anyways lol.
2 days ago, would you have said or believed that there isn’t much of a difference between the Clippers and Nets in their respective cities?

Would you have considered our team average as well?

The Suns chose not to pursue Russell despite Devin Booker's campaign for them to target his close friend, according to league sources familiar with the situation.

The Suns apparently felt Russell wouldn’t have been a good influence on Booker off the court.

IMO they were always completely different situations. The Nets do and always have had their own identity. They are not a step child in New York, they don't also play in MSG, they didn't steal the Knicks font and logo, they haven't been the laughing stock of the league for the majority of their existence.

Net's haven't looked like a secondary New York team at any point since moving to BK. Have no trouble staying a prominent team in terms of media exposure, and like the Clippers also have the allure of great front office and great coaching.

Edit: Not to mention even if the situations were the same New York isn't sitting on LeBron and AD to attract a 3rd guy either... This just in, winning matters.

Wonder what Miami is going to try to do. They are in cap hell. Dragic-Butler-Winslow-Johnson-Bam isn't winning many games

Kings have signed Dedmon and Holmes, surely they renounce WCS now?

It's not criticism, the Clippers as a team have done everything right. I'm not criticizing them or the moves they've made..

I'm saying a top tier free agent would never chose to go play with Lou and Gallo on the step child team when the big brother team has AD and LeBron.. Doesn't make any sense.

I just saw a Chris Smoove video about Durant’s number being retired. Is that confirmed? For three years service to the Warriors that seems crazy. They’re going to have a LOT of retired numbers from this era. 9, 11, 23, 30, 35. Probably even 34.
