I didn't say anything about cost, fit or not liking it. Expecting him to ever be the Boogie of Old is setting yourself up for major disappointment. The guy is in the Andrew Bynum phase of his career.

BTW, Morris shot down the rumors of him going to the Lakers on Twitter.

I'm not. I'm expecting the Boogie of last year, which isn't unreasonable.

And that Boogie averaged 16/8/3.6 in 26 MPG.

That's why it's a solid pickup, especially with McGee back too. There were glaring holes at Center and it's been filled now between those two. Best-case scenario given what little quality FAs were left at this point.

I'm not. I'm expecting the Boogie of last year, which isn't unreasonable.

Even though he probably will stay anyway, we have to give AD everything he wants until we sign him to that Supermax next summer.

Like I said, Boog should have never came back last year. His focus this summer should be trimming down and improving his conditioning.

That moment when he made Ibaka look like a lightweight backing him down in the Finals is something he's still capable of doing at times. Rooting for him,, even if he is a Laker, lol

Cousins wasn't good enough to move the needle in New Orleans, I don't think two major injuries since then would have him moving the needle in LA

Ain't really even about the averages either. He's still a productive player on offense and for now the confirmed veteran's minimum, that's a steal. Again, the Lakers had nobody at the Center position when we all woke up this morning. AD has stated he doesn't want to play C and now he won't have to with McGee and Boogie there.

I'm expecting Boogie to backup JaVale McGee anyway. Bron and AD are going to do all the heavy lifting.
