It's not really a widely known thing, but when Usage Rate first came around, it factored passing ability into the calculation; that's no longer the case. Usage Rate is purely about how often you shoot the ball or turn it over, so it's not exactly surprising or even potentially even alarming that a PG like Lonzo is absurdly low.

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
I remember the Lakers trading ShaQ so I understand the feeling of losing a star player. I truly believe Ingram is gonna be nice..like a DeRozan with a higher ceiling. At 21 he didn't need LeBron to help him score. Dispite him and LeBron's games not meshing well, B.I still put up good numbers. If Zo can stay healthy, with his IQ,game pace and defense you'll see why most Lakers fans like him.(Just make your free throws!!) Them along with the 4th pick I think the Pels will be fun to watch next year.Comment

Also, there's a lot of rumblings that D'Lo may become the newest member of #ValleyBoyz. That would at least solve our PG issue. I'm not crazy about D'Lo but beggars can't be choosers and no big names ever comes to PHX, so I'll take this.Comment

The Bucks are looking to trade draft picks to move off Snell and Ersyn. They both have 2 years remaining so I don't see how they can trade them without attaching a 1st round pick to it. They already have 0 picks incoming and a ton of draft picks outgoing.Retro Redemption - Starting over with a oldschool PowerBone Offense

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
As you mentioned, the assets we can attach to move Snell at this point is very very limited. Doubly frustrating that we might attach one of our few assets to move him just to lessen the luxury tax bill for the owners; it won't open up any actual cap space to sign anyone.Last edited by Yeah...THAT Guy; 06-17-2019, 02:19 PM.NFL: Bills

According to Shams the Wizards FO (which is currently being run by interim President and who will in all likelihood continue to run things) is adamant about building around Beal.

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
I feel RHJ can be a solid contributor for a contending team if he can remain healthy. He gives defensive versatility and able to switch onto multiple positions. I can see him doing a 1 year prove it deal. Off the bench, he can help a contenderComment

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
Just all the narrative switching people are doing because he's a Laker. People was literally bashing every young Laker player 45 days ago but now it's "LA gave up too much". Ingram, blood clot issue, Zo health, shooting etc. All those problems just magically went away when they got traded. AD is magically not a MVP generational player now all of a sudden. People just love to hate the Lakers, I get it.
Saying AD is injury prone is not Laker hate..come onComment

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
I think the 'gave up too much' is in regards to the draft compensation. The players? Meh. There was literally no other deal offered if I'm not mistaken. Confirmed that the Knicks didn't offer and there was only rumors about the Cs not giving up Tatum.

Which now that we have not only assists but the ability to track passes and touches, and time of possession, it would be nice to get some sort of new overall advanced stat thrown in with that group to paint a better picture.Comment

Re: 2019 Offseason Thread
"Rumors" that the Lakers want to bring back Rondo as well.. Makes sense if it's one of the minimum spots, but I don't think he's worth their MLE or bi-annual exception.. They would have to miss out on quite a few options first IMO.Comment
