I feel like it should be different since HE wanted to come here.

He knows he has to change some things about him on/off the court(leadership issues)to change the narrative/stigma about him. Can’t make it 3 different teams where your having issues for whatever reason.

The difference here is that he's not alone in the leadership dept, and the expectations are different, for now at least.

I still think he took more of the blame for Boston's struggles than was warranted publicly at least.

Kyrie should be fine doing the things DLo did last year, would be an upgrade scoring option in a similar role. I don't think we should expect him to make any big changes to his game, or the Nets even ask him to. Especially this first year with KD out.

All I know is the East is a lot better. If Kawhi stays, them, the Bucks, Philly, a healthy Nets team, and healthy Pacers team, are 5 teams that all could wind up in the finals IMO. Celtics might not be out of that group either, time will tell, and the Hawks/Bulls both are loaded with young talent as well.

Me: It can't get any more stalker-ish than having aviation experts stalking his flight and analyzing if there are passengers on the plane via the plane's speed.

            r/lakers: hold my beer.

Some guy said he spotted Kawhi at an AMPM today, snapped a pic. r/Lakers has some guys that live less than 10 minutes away, they went to go check it out and snap a pic in the same spot to see if that was indeed him there today. Seriously, can't make this **** up.

                1) Anthony Davis, Solomon Hill, Jordan Bone and 3 future second round picks back to New Orleans
                2) Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, Mo Wagner, Jemerrio Jones, Isaac Bonga, DeAndre Hunter, and all future picks back to the Lakers
                3) Miles Plumlee, Jaxson Hayes, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Marcos Louzada Silva back to Atlanta
                4) Mike Conley, Jevon Carter and Chandler Parsons back to Memphis
                5) JJ Reddick remains a free agent (Pelicans no longer have space to sign him)
                6) Kyle Korver, Jae Crowder, Derrick Favours, Brandon Clarke and all future picks back to Utah
                7) Andre Iguodala (acquired using trade exception created in Mike Conley trade) and the future picks traded with him back to Golden State
                8) D'Angelo Russell back to Brooklyn
                9) Josh Jackson back to Phoenix along with DeAnthony Melton + future second rounders
                10) PHX no longer has cap room to sign Ricky Rubio making him an unrestricted free agent again
                11) 1.1 million back to Washington
Has this been fact checked by someone outside of reddit? I thought the point of trading Wagner, Bogna, Jones was so the timing of the trade didn't matter? It looks like even with AD being factored in the Lakers only have 69 mil in active roster cap. And that's with Dudley and Daniels who don't count against available room because they will be league min deals who delay signing until the end of FA.

Delaying the trade would essentially be holding 1/3 of the league hostage...wouldn't exactly be good for relations is my understanding.

And here is a "snack placement" analysis or "Snackgate", thus confirming Kawhi is indeed in San Diego. I'm seriously dying over here at these detectives, rofl.

Spoilering it b/c it's so ridiculous.

Yeah. People were worried that plane from Toronto was going back there with him and his family, thus meaning he was signing in Toronto. For some reason they think since he's in San Diego, that for sure means he's signing with LA...which is obviously not true, but that's what a lot of them want to believe lol.

So can we stop hearing from Cris Carter like he really knows anything. How you go from we’re getting his decision today to he’s still not decided yet, no decision today?

And for about 4-5 days in a row lol

I think it's just safe to assume nobody knows anything about Kawhi or what he wants.

Cris Carter is the only analyst/reporter that actually has a connection to Kawhi's camp. I believe the connection is Carter's agent when he was a player is Kawhi's agent now and Cris is tight with Uncle Dennis. https://twitter.com/bdfagan/status/1...495778817?s=21
