    Re: NBA Draft 2021

For me, all of the top players this year are players who I would love to have at number 5, but I don't see any Franchise players in the group.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Maybe not immediately. But in time these guys likely will be.

I really like Jalen Green, Cade and Suggs. They all have have the ability to be cornerstone players imo.

I feel like that's the hot take every year. It's either that or "After this pick this class is a wash".

I'm literally tired of us doing that [emoji23]. Or after 10 game we call them bust [emoji23].

Calling the top part of these class 5th picks? What the hell?

I get what he's saying to a degree. There's no AD Zion Morant in this class. But I'd feel pretty comfortable with the three mentioned and this will be a deep deep class. **** load of talent and experienced players.

No, I got what he was trying to say. I'm sorry if my post sound like a rant. It's just man. I think we have a deep class here. One of these players could be the next HOF player.

Then you got Mobley and Kuminga. Luke Garza. Kispert. Bouknight. This could be an all time class imo when it's all said and done .

Someone always pops, but who right now do you think, "He's a mortal lock Superstar" as opposed to a potential All-Star some day.

Jalen Green for me. He's young and he's already putting up big numbers in the G league. And Evan Mobley. I think they are the closest to being locks to being superstars. Suggs is close. It was just hard to guage him on such a loaded team. But he's gonna be scary in a few years.

You see I haven't thought someone like that since probably LeBron and then a few years later KD. I haven't felt like that in a while.

Obvious for me it's Jalen Suggs. Cade has been a lock at number 1 for most. I think Suggs has a chance to really change the mind everyone tomorrow with a great showing tomorrow in the championship game.

I agree that Green seems the most likely, I wanted to see more dominance from Mobley as USC went deeper into the tournament but it didn't happen.

Some people are going to want to fight me for saying this, but when I look at Suggs, I see D'Angelo Russell.

You know I wanted to see more dominance from him too. It left some to be desired. But I also don't want to get caught up in one game either.

Mobley is pretty special though. I still saw enough.

You didn't feel that way about AD and Zion?

AD.... No way. On offense he was so raw. Or like I said we never saw his full game on that team. It wasn't until his second year in the league you started to see all these parts of his game.

Maybe Zion felt like the best guy hands down in that draft. You'd be stupid to pass him. I had doubts. Could he change the game? I felt maybe.

But hey I also thought Shaun Livingston/OJ Mayo were going to change the game out of HS.

I ain't perfect [emoji23]. Marvin Williams 2.0 aka Harrison Barnes. I'll never let myself live that down.

Agree until you got to Russell part. Russell was a great passer. His value up until that point was high. But also his shooting was his number 2 skill. But his defense isn't where Suggs is right now.

Suggs plays a lot more like a lead guard than DLo IMO.. Russell could pass, but his passing seemed to come off of his scoring and how teams reacted to that. James Harden type of passing. Suggs just runs the offense, I never thought coming out that DLO was a guy I would want to play PG for me in the NBA, always thought he was a SG who had a bit of playmaking in him.
