    Re: NBA Draft 2021

I really don't know what to make of him, though I like his game and think he'll be a pro for a long time. But he'll be 23 on opening night; 6th overall is just way too high, but the point is more that it's the "championship bump". I wonder where he'd be ranked if Gonzaga won that game.

        Re: NBA Draft 2021

This is true for many of the college kids too of course, but I feel like most of the international players need to get on a strength and conditioning program before they come over to play in the NBA. Those kids are highly skilled, but almost all of them are too weak.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

If he was 2-3 years younger he would be a lock to go in the top 10.

He's a shifty ballhandler who can create his own shot, he's quick, his shot has improved each year (45% from 3 this year), and is arguably the best on-ball defender in the draft. I expect his athletic test numbers will be insane too.

Who do y'all have ranked as the 3rd PG in this draft?

Did Tyrus Thomas have the biggest jump in draft stock from a NCAA tournament performance that we’ve seen?

No way. There have been many others [emoji23].

              Malachi Richardson
              James Young (maybe less him)
              And many many others [emoji23]

Those are the names that came to mind

              Adding this guy

He wasn't even in the radar.

Neither of those guys were top 5 picks and I think the original belief going into the season sss that James Young was 1 and done.

I think your question is very specific. Biggest jump could be not on any radar at all into the draft. I mean for what I know we could say that about DWade and his final four run with Marquette. ****, while we're at it let's throw in Steve Novak too [emoji23].

I'm still surprised James Young was so terrible. Granted he was an inconsistent shooter at UK, dude's J completely disappeared in the NBA. I still remember his poster on UConn in the championship game.

I was thinking of him the other day when searching for Moody comps. Their games aren't that similar but he came to mind.

You know it's crazy. He's only 25. He's playing in Israel right now. Top scorer. (Wiki info. I don't follow him like that)

The team you get drafted by is so important lol. I almost felt the same way about Romeo Langford (Celtic backup SF). Does he even have a chance on the Celtics?

Bouknight continues to slide in mock drafts. Wasserman has him down to #16 and DX supposedly has him in the 20s. Insane to me. Maybe I'm way off on him.

It's funny. I wonder why? I don't see the reasoning. But it's very early in the process. I don't look at these mocks until closer to draft. So many if and buts right now.

When I look at a player. "School" is the last thing I look at. Can his game translate into the NBA? The most important thing is can he learn and is there room to grow. What did he look like in the past?

And like I said so many times. If you're young. I got to give you a chance to grow If your 19-21 years of age. You got about 5-6 years to figure it out for me.

My only guess is people not doing their homework and only looking at his stats. He shot 29% from three this year but had elbow surgery mid-season. His ast:to ratio is poor, but it's poor for Keon Johnson, Moody, etc. as well. I'm assuming people give him a passing glance and think he can't shoot and has no playmaking potential.

Seeing some talk on Twitter that BJ Boston and Terrence Clarke were in a car accident. Terrence Clarke is rumored to have been killed.

Hope it isn't true but waiting to see some official reports.
